Rustige accommodatie, prettig verblijf.

Für eine einfache Übernachtung reicht es vollkommen aus. Einen langen Urlaub würde ich dort nicht abhalten.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes. Der Check- In war einfach und unkompliziert das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage zentral und doch leise vom Lärmpegel. Das Zimmer war sauber und von Platz her gut.

Cons:

Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Schrank war leider defekt. Informationen über mögliche Gastronomie im hause oder extern lag leider nicht aus. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegeben doch begrenzt, die Zufahrt leider für größere Fahrzeuge schlecht zu befahren da dort ein Zelt für das rauchende Personal und Gäste aufgebaut war.

Pros:

Das Hotel und Restaurant Knechtstedener Hof hat eine ideale Lage zur Erkundung von Köln. Der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe und man kann ihn zu Fuß erreichen.
Im Restaurant waren wir einmal zu Abend Essen und es war alles frisch Zubereitet und war sehr lecker.
Dass das Hotel und Restaurant Knechtstedener Hof kein Frühstück anbietet, war für uns kein Problem und das wussten wir auch. Gegenüber dem Hotel gab es eine Bäckerei und man hatte viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Wir konnten zwei Zimmer miteinander vergleichen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 16 und dies war sehr einfach eingerichtet. Zwei einzelstehende Betten, ein Fernseher - den wir aber nicht brauchten, einen Schrank, einen kleinen Tisch zwischen den Betten und eine Abstellmöglichkeit am Bettende. Es gab im Zimmer leider keine Haken für unsere Jacken und wir mussten diese im Schrank aufhängen. Im Bad war soweit alles in Ordnung, nur das der Platz zwischen Toilette und Dusche doch schon sehr eng war. Die Lüfter im Bad waren etwas laut aber gingen nach kurzer Laufzeit aus. Kurzum ist das ein Monteur-Zimmer.
Zimmer Nr. 21 war schon weitaus besser. Es ist viel größer als das Zimmer 16. Ein Doppelbett, einen großen Schrank, eine kleine Couch, Nachttische neben dem Bett und viel Platz im Zimmer. Das Bad war auch weitaus größer als im Zimmer 16. Auch eine Garderobe war vorhanden.
Der einzige Nachteil im Zimmer 21 - der Glockenturm gleich gegenüber der Straße : ) .Um 6.30 Uhr wurde geläutet ( zum Glück nur eine Minute ) : ) .

Für eine Nacht perfekt!
Pros:

Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Leider war im Sofa ein Riss, es ist etwas hellhörig und man sieht das mit eigenen Mitteln renoviert wurde.
