美味しいビーフシチューをありがとうございました
Pros:

九段下駅から歩いて直ぐですし、日本武道館へも徒歩で10分も歩かなかった気がします。ロケーションは最高でした。
朝食も美味しく頂きました♪特にビーフシチューが最高でした。おすすめです。
お部屋のお掃除も、完璧に行き届いていました。スタッフの方々の対応も、とても気持ちが良かったです。
ちょっと残念だったのは、ユニットバスだった事と、窓を開けると、隣りのビルの壁だった事ぐらいです。
東京でこれだけロケーションが良くて、
この価格帯でしたら、まぁ、
納得致しました。
また、武道館へ行く際は、是非とも
利用させて頂きます。

趣味に走るには最高の立地！
Pros:

武道館でのライブがメイン目的だったので、ロケーションが非常に良かった。駅やコンビニも近く（駅構内でまあまあ歩くが）、少し物寂しいが落ち着いていてすぐ馴染む。徒歩圏内の神保町もかなり楽しめた。

Cons:

バスルーム特に湯船はやや狭め。化粧水やティーバッグなどのアメニティはない（粉末緑茶のみ。)もうちょい頑張ってくれたらと思うが、昨今の東京でこの値段ならこんなものかもしれない。
