趣味に走るには最高の立地！
Pros:

武道館でのライブがメイン目的だったので、ロケーションが非常に良かった。駅やコンビニも近く（駅構内でまあまあ歩くが）、少し物寂しいが落ち着いていてすぐ馴染む。徒歩圏内の神保町もかなり楽しめた。

Cons:

バスルーム特に湯船はやや狭め。化粧水やティーバッグなどのアメニティはない（粉末緑茶のみ。)もうちょい頑張ってくれたらと思うが、昨今の東京でこの値段ならこんなものかもしれない。

気軽に泊まるのに適したホテルでは、ないかな？
Pros:

ドームシティでのイベントでしたので、思ってたより近く便利でした。近くに美味しいお店もあり、友達との食事にも便利でしたし、お向かいには、まいばすけっともあり、ちょっとしたお買い物にも、便利でした
