お手頃なホテル。
Pros:

いろいろな部屋内に設備があること。

Cons:

チェックイン時間が14時出ないとできなかったこと。15分程度前に到着したが、清掃が終わらず、入れなかった。

Convenient and descent hotel for tourism.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient for those who plan to explore Ichigaya and Shinjuku. It’s also very close to the metro station (use the exit 7).

Pros:

駅から近く、室内はお風呂とトイレが別で湯船にゆったりと浸かって疲れを取ることが出来た。

Cons:

今回、バスタオルに黒い汚れが付いていた。
それ以外は清潔で非常に良い環境だっただけにそこだけが残念でした。
