A wonderful hotel. A beautiful view. Excellent value.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel. Situated near the San Francesco church, it offers clean comfortable rooms with an excellent mattress, air conditioning, wonderful bathroom facilities and in our case a matchless view. Delicious breakfast.Wonderful coffee. We were here during the heat wave and walking into the cooled lobby was a great relief. Also the added bonus of chilled lemon water on the reception desk was a welcome treat. The hotel offers superb value for money. We loved it here.

Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to help us with parking, getting a taxi, restaurant recommendations and they were extremely nice. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very clean. It's an interesting building. Lovely rooms.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, but it wasn't a problem. The tile was beautiful.

Excellent. Made our stay in Assisi wonderful.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to help. The location was excellent. The staff contacted doctors and hospital when my daughter had tonsillitis. They spoke to taxi drivers so they knew exactly where to take us and to help us into the hospital. Then told us to call them so they could rebook a return taxi for us.

Cons:

To have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

Super base for a beautiful place
Pros:

Hotel il Palazzo was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions on the town. The hotel was in a super location, very close to the Basilica di San Francesco.

Excelente opción para alojarse en ASIS.
Pros:

La ubicación, cercana, a la iglesia de San Francisco, es excelente. Tamibén está cercana a la plaza principal del lugar.

Cons:

En general, todo muy bien. Tal vez la falta de espacio cerrado para dejar el equipaje luego del check out, mientras se hace el horario de continuar el viaje, lo que puede demandar algunas horas.

Super helpful staff, great location, and clean!
Pros:

I loved our stay! Staff was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the AC, and the front desk helped us call a taxi to get to the train when uber wasn’t working! She saved the day! Thanks for a great visit!

Cons:

AC didn’t work at first, but was a quick fix by talking to the front desk.
