La camera inferiore alle aspettative, non c'era un armadio ma un supporto a vista con asta e stampelle appese. Stile molto easy. Definire gli italiani meno rispettosi delle regole rispetto agli stranieri l'ho vista una caduta di stile!! Colazione essenziale

A Real, Honest-to-goodness Hotel Staffed by Live People!
Pros:

What a relief! After door codes going astray, which I blame largely on Booking.com, we're received by live people at a hotel desk, who smile at us, hand us keys, and can do things like ordering taxis in Italian. This one-night experience convinced us to stick as much as possible to hotels like this in the future, that is to say independent (non-chain) hotels staffed by local people! We were given a superb room at the Hotel Il Palazzo, partly, no doubt, because we booked for a space for three people although, in the event, we were only two. (One person had to cancel at the last minute.) Everything was very clean and very comfortable, and we even had a little veranda, not used because it was raining. Breakfast was not included in our booking, but we decided to order it, and it was just fine, including top-quality espresso. Some people are still committed to civilized behavior. Enjoy it while you can!

Cons:

There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like. Thank goodness such places still exist.
