This hotel is far from delivering a five-star experience.

There was an intermittent smell of sewage and mold in our room. The food was unappetizing, and after getting food poisoning following my very first meal there, we barely touched the food for the rest of our stay.

The music during meals was loud and unpleasant, making the dining area an uncomfortable place to sit and relax.

There were huge numbers of mosquitoes in the evenings and wasps during the day, but there was no insect screen on the window in our room, and on our first night, the cooling function of the air conditioning was disabled.

The bathroom door handles were peeling, and a piece of plastic actually got lodged in the skin of my palm.

It was simply one unpleasant experience after another. Overall, nowhere near the standard you would expect from a five-star hotel.
They need a renovation asap.

La comida estuvo bien, tipo buffete, con bastante variedad. La ubicación muy buena, a pie de una playa super cómoda y con una arena fina para disfrutar.

Lovely peaceful beach resort
Pros:

Lovely location…best beach in the area, lovely sandy beach at the hotel, staff were great ! Lovely friendly people …room was good; 👍 food was great 👍 very relaxing stay …might be a little quite for some, if u are looking for peace and quiet, lovely location and great beach/sea this is a good choice

The neighbours in the villa next door were a little rowdy…not hotels fault but only thing that let it down !

Sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Strand

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Sehr liebes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Strand war toll und gross und fast leer. Man hatte wirklich seine Ruhe. Das Essen und die Getränke waren lecker. Man hätte das Buffet besser anschreiben können. Bringt unbedingt Mückenspray mit. Ich habe zur Sonnenuntergangszeit noch nie so viele Mücken gesehen. Danach wird es wieder besser mit den Mücken. Es wäre gut, wenn man den Badbereich vom Schlafbereich abtrennen könnte, da der Pool (bei den Zimmern mit eigenem Pool) nachts beleuchtet ist und so das ganze Zimmer vom Badbereich nachts ziemlich hell ist.

Pros:

Very peaceful relaxing and, restful stay. Never felt crowded. Good selection of food options. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful view from our room of the sea. Room really spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning.

Cons:

The hot food could have been served at a hotter temperature.
There was a party at a villa on an adjacent property which went on all night in to the morning making it impossible to sleep. Appreciate this was outside the control of the hotel but it was very disruptive to what had been an otherwise fantastic holiday.

Mi è piaciuta molto la camera, molto grande con tanti comfort: è stata una splendida sorpresa
Anche la location; il prato curato. La piscina e tutti i particolari che lo rendono un Resort veramente eccezionale!
Un grande staff molto cordiale. Sempre disponibili ed infine una cucina ottima che può soddisfare tutti i gusti
Lo consiglio vivamente se si ricerca Relax e anche bellezza sia del paesaggio, del mare e dello stesso Resort

La camera ampia con piscina privata e giardino curato. La cucina e la gentilezza dello staff. Il mare limpido e sabbioso.

Cons:

Le camere con mancanza di manutenzione interna. La spiaggia non pulita. Grosso problema con zanzare e vespe che ci hanno impedito di sfruttare gli spazi esterni soprattutto la sera.

Der private Pool mit dem kleinen Gartengrundstück war ein großartiges Ausstattungsmerkmal. Wir konnten uns hier sehr privat entspannen und genießen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist herausragend freundlich, zuvorkommend, aber dennoch zurückhaltend. Wir haben eine sehr sehr angenehme Betreuung vor Ort erfahren. Zudem ist das All-inclusive Angebot wirklich lohnenswert, da die enthaltenen Getränke recht umfangreich und kreativ sind und das Essen wirklich sehr gut.
Es standen eine reichliche Auswahl deutscher Fernsehsender voreingestellt zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Leider ist die Zimmerausstattung und der Zustand des Badezimmers wirklich keine 5 Sterne wert. Die Zimmer sind recht spartanisch eingerichtet und das Badezimmer benötigt wirklich eine Überholung. Rost und Schimmel fanden sich leider in vielen Ecken. Zudem könnten Kleinigkeiten, wie Türgriffe, bei denen bereits die Beschichtung abblättern, im Minimum leicht und schnell erneuert werden. Wir sind normalerweise bei diesen Dingen sehr sehr kritisch, Gott sei Dank waren die Räume, auch das Badezimmer und die Dusche, so geräumig geschnitten, dass wir damit leben konnten. Zudem war der Rest einfach großartig.
Was ungünstig ist, wenn man nicht als Paar oder Familie reist, ist die fehlende Privatsphäre des Bades. Das Zimmer ist offen geschnitten zum Badezimmerteil und es gibt zwar eine Tür an der Dusche und an der Toilette, aber der Rest ist offen gehalten. Das nur als kleiner Hinweis.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, joli plage avec transats juste devant, peu de monde à la piscine principale.
Chambre spacieuse avec baignoire jacuzzi, piscine privative très agréable.
Les personnes du restaurant et de l'entretien sont super sympas (notamment avec les enfants) et la nourriture est très bonne et change tous les soirs.

Cons:

Attaque de moustiques chaque soir au restaurant donc prévoir des habits longs! L'hôtel fourni spray et piège à moustique mais ce n'est pas toujours suffisant (c'est ok à l'intérieur et pas de soucis dans les chambres climatisées)
