Pros:

Excelente trato, instalaciones y servicio. La habitación con piscina un verdadero lujo. El Buffet muy bueno, lo recomiendo totalmente, ideal para unas vacaciones de relax. Mención especial para Nati, que nos trató maravillosamente.

It was a perfect holiday staying at this hotel, cannot wait to go back someday!
Pros:

Stayed in a room that was right in front of the pool, the view was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a really great place to stay for holiday, would definitely love to come back in future!

Cons:

Everything was great, the only downside I can think of is having more variety of food for breakfast.

Estancia de 10, con un trato de 11. Volveré sin dudarlo.
Pros:

La comida estaba muy buena, la habitación era enorme con una cama súper cómoda y todo muy limpio. Y el personal era encantador y excepcional. Y su ubicación mejor imposible. Todo de 10.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que tendría algo mas de musica quizá a las tardes para que mientras estes en la piscina se amenice todo un poco, aunque sea con un hilo musical en un tono tenue. Y que a la noche hubiese algún espectáculo mas o que dure un poco mas los shows. Por lo demás ninguna pega todo muy muy bien.

Très belle établissement bien agencé plusieurs piscines j’aurais aimé que les piscines soient juste un peux plus chaudes

L’entretien des chambres était bien fait tout les jours mais j’aurais aimé qu’ont passe l’aspirateur à chaque fois , j’ai trouvé des cheveux un peux partout dommage

Vacaciones con mi marido
Pros:

El ambiente tranquilo, las piscinas, la distribución del hotel y el trato recibido en el buffet por Cati, una trabajadora muy cercana y cariñosa con los clientes. Siempre atenta a todo, con una sonrisa y ayudando en todo lo que podía.

Cons:

Faltaba limpieza al suelo de la habitación y el trato recibido por una de las trabajadoras del buffet durante el desayuno (Nory) quien al retirar los platos metía la mano en aquello que aún seguías usando, llegando uno de los días a dirigirse de forma poco correcta, preguntando de malas formas si ya sí podía llevarse los platos.

Pros:

No tengo absolutamente nada malo que decir de este hotel. Las habitaciones increíbles, teníamos la suite junior y nos sorprendió, no nos esperábamos un salón dentro, la cama era muy cómoda y el baño muy espacioso y es que tenía de todo, muy muy bien!!!Las luces, todo! La terraza tiene dos tumbonas y una mesa y dos sillas, además una tendedera, estaba todo pensado.
La comida del restaurante “calma”, buenísima, es que no puedo decir otra cosa que increible. Los trabajadores, a cada uno más simpático y amable que el anterior.Da gusto encontrarte con gente así! Las piscina son 24h y el gimnasio también, y eso es un puntazo!!! Se respira tranquilidad pura, me lleve un libro y en dos días me lo había leído. El buffet, tenía de todo, no era enorme, pero es que Literammete “ calidad antes de cantidad” , tenía hasta para hacerte tu propio café, con la galleta…desayuno y cena más que completos 🤞🏻.
Las camareras de piso, limpiaban las habitaciones súper súper súper bien!! En un momento la tenían impecable, increíble. Sin duda repetiremos! Además, hay bastante aparcamiento por fuera, no tuvimos ningún problema para dejar el coche, y hay un supermercado cerca por si te hace falta cualquier cosa.

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir y por decir algo , es que las bebidas no están incluidas en almuerzo y cena y tienes que pagarlas aparte, pero merece totalmente la pena venir a este hotel.
