Lovely girls trip, I will definitely be returning soon.

Location is great, decor is fab and the place is spotless. The staff are very friendly.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable, I have to go to the physio now after the week there. We opted for the Crown Service as I did the last time I was there and I found the options available to be really lacking this time. The wine and beer options were very poor, I couldn't drink any of them some days, they were very slow to restock, we had to ask them on multiple occassions but last time they were very on the ball so after paying the extra €40 per day for this I felt annoyed with the way it wasn't looked after the same way as last November.

Pros:

Spacious rooms with nice private balconies, good location by the beachwalk and extremely friendly staff. Overall good value for money for the stay and a relaxing option with the half board so we did not have to worry about where to eat dinner.

Cons:

Certain small aspects make the hotel feel a little budget-hotel and not 4 stars (plastic cups in bathroom, no slippers or robes for “normal” rooms, weird towel card system. There also was not enough shaded areas by the pool/ no umbrellas on the room balconies and it must be said that guest reserving sunbeds with their towels is really tacky and annoying. Additionally it would have been nice to book an option with drinks (water, 1-2 glasses of wine) being included for dinner. For every thing your order with dinner you get a separate bill which just feels silly and inconvenient.

We felt valued from the moment we arrived. Everything was fabulous and we would return.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, swimming pools were beautiful, food wise there was a huge variety and was delicious. Great value for money. Rooms were clean and spacious. We loved it!

Cons:

Top pool was slightly too cold, but there was 3 others. Pina coladas would be nice made with coconut cream and fresh pineapples. A frozen daiquiri would be nice on the menu too.

Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Grosses und bequemes Bett.

Hotel perfetto per una vacanza e posizione strategica per visitare l’isola
Pros:

La struttura è abbastanza nuova e moderna, dotata di 4 piscine diverse, ombrelloni e accesso diretto alla passeggiata lungo mare. Offre anche due bar, intrattenimento serale e ottima cena con buffet la cui tipologia di cucina cambia ogni sera! Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Nessuna delle piscine è riscaldata, quindi siccome c’era molto vento e nuvole non abbiamo potuto fare il bagno.
Inoltre ci saremmo aspettati una pulizia delle camere giornaliera più profonda.

Gran hotel con fallos importantes.
Pros:

Las piscinas son una maravilla: una zona muy amplia, muy cuidada, con varias piscinas bonitas y limpias, y muchísimas tumbonas disponibles.
El buffet de desayuno estaba genial, con muchísima variedad y todo muy rico, limpio y bien presentado.
El personal fue muy amable y simpático durante toda la estancia, y nos atendieron estupendamente.
También nos pareció un gran acierto que hubiera varios puntos de recarga de agua repartidos por el hotel para rellenar botellas.
En general, la habitación era espaciosa y confortable, con una cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, hubo varios aspectos que nos decepcionaron. Al llegar a la habitación había un fuerte olor a cañerías procedente de la ducha, bastante desagradable. Tras comentarlo con el personal, enviaron a mantenimiento y quedó solucionado, algo que agradecemos.
También en la terraza había un sumidero que desprendía mal olor en determinados momentos, haciendo imposible estar fuera.
Las cortinas blancas de la habitación tenían manchas amarillas bastante visibles.
La limpieza diaria de la habitación nos pareció claramente insuficiente: durante una estancia de 10 días, el suelo solo se barrió y fregó una vez, y la encimera del baño se limpió también una única vez. El resto de días la limpieza se limitaba prácticamente a hacer la cama, cambiar toallas y reponer papel higiénico. Esto hizo que nos sintiéramos incómodos, ya que convivimos varios días con bolas de pelusa, suciedad visible en el suelo y manchas/corros en la encimera del baño. En la terraza ocurrió algo similar: durante la primera semana permanecieron sin retirar suciedad acumulada, bolas de pelo e incluso una cucaracha que encontramos allí desde el primer día. En los pasillos también se apreciaba falta de limpieza.
Otro aspecto incómodo fue que, estando en la piscina, el personal pasaba ofreciendo masajes y tratamientos, algo que resulta invasivo cuando uno está descansando. Creemos que sería mejor informar de estos servicios mediante folleto o información en la habitación.
Además, en un hotel de este tamaño echamos en falta un plano en la habitación para orientarse mejor dentro de las instalaciones.
Por último, la distribución del baño no nos convenció: ducha y retrete estaban separados en estancias distintas, pero las puertas no cerraban completamente hasta el suelo, por lo que se escapaban olores y también agua de la ducha.

Beautiful, clean hôtel, lovely pools with plenty of sun loungers.
Pros:

Beautiful location with lovely rooms & really close to the beach walk. Breakfast was so good & great open hours.

Cons:

The only slight negative was that if you are not a couple then there is very little privacy especially in the bathroom area!
