Great place to stay; convenient location; great amenities and comfortable rooms
Pros:

I loved staying at this hotel; staff were extremely friendly and helpful; lots of complimentary items (drinks every day, free VOD and noodle snacks at night); breakfast was delicious and location very convenient. Will definitely return

La literie est vieille et inconfortable, l'insonorisation est inexistante on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre, de l'air passé par la fenêtre fermée ce qui en hiver est un problème, la chambre est vétuste, le tout pour un montant trop élevé

駅からも近いし、周りに飲食店も多いので本当によかったです！
Pros:

フロントスタッフの方も丁寧で無料で何回でも飲める自販機も嬉しいし、無料朝食のお蕎麦が美味しかったです!!

オートロックではないので鍵を忘れそうになるくらいです

A small hotel with everything
Pros:

The location is exactly as advertised, just about 50 meters from Nagano eki, tucked in an alley away from the main street!! Loved the free drinks vending machine and soba breakfast. Staff were very helpful though they spoke little English. I arrived early and the room wasn't ready so I went out and when I returned, they had already sent my luggage to the room!! Loved that it had a little ofuro and the bed was comfy.

Assez bon rapport qualité prix et personnel au top !
Pros:

Personnel vraiment très gentil et à l'écoute. Très bon petit déjeuner et collations. Hôtel vraiment très bien situé. Assez bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant mais bien entretenu et tout y est fonctionnel. Insonorisation médiocre depuis la porte qui donne sur le couloir.
