Pros:

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Matsumoto Station and the bus terminal. There are also many restaurants and convenient facilities nearby.
The front desk staff spoke English very well and were very helpful.

Cons:

It would be even better if there were power outlets near the bed. Currently, the outlets are only available at the work desk and near the mirror by the entrance.

Good value for your money
Pros:

Location was amazing, right next to the station and close to many restaurants. The Castle was only a 15 minute walk and it was nice to walk through the city.
Staff were sooooo friendly and very helpful. Truly felt like I was taken care of.

Cons:

The bed was pretty low to the ground and the pillows were hard.
