El personal és molt amable i atent. Encara que l'hotel és antic, no us deixeu endur per l'estètica, perquè està net i polit.

Pros:

松本駅のすぐそばで、たいへん便利な場所にあります。お部屋もゆったりとしていて、きれいでした。サイトのメッセージ機能を使った質問やお願いについても、丁寧に対応していただきました。

Cons:

ほんの小さなことですが…
エレベーター内の掲示物で、松本城の入場料の宿泊者割引があることを知りました。チェックイン前にわかっていれば、利用したかったです。
