Breakfast was good quality with a lot of choices, free shuttle service from/to the airport was good.
No chairs on the laundry room to be able to sit while waiting
very nice room, the building was clean and the guy that checked me in, even though really busy was really pleasant!
doesnt apply, i wouldnt change anything
breakfast was good and the beds were really comfy ! the rooms were clean and met my expectations..thanful they lets us check in at 1 pm and the staff was awesome
i didnt get the room i booked for "orginally" booked a suite with jetted tub got a normal suite ...the television didnt work at all would take forever too load a channel let alone there were only about 10 channels ....the room decent might need updating too make it more "clean"
The room I stayed in had large gouges on literally every wall in the room. Clearly no effort to maintain the property. The shower had NO place to set a bar of soap so you were forced to leave it on the floor.
The staff was nice! I wanted my room
To have housekeeping to change sheets and stuff and I didn’t know I passed my window to request but they still managed to do it for me which was very nice of them very clean!
N/A
Most of the staff had good conflict resolution skills...one was terrible which ruined everything.
I did not appreciate being charged for what I didn't get. I paid for the King Suite with Spa Bath. I only stayed in the room for a day. The first night, there was a power outage, I had to stay in another hotel in a lesser room. I couldn't sleep in the Spa Bath room because the heat didn't work. I slept the second and third night in a lesser room, but the heat worked. The hotel would not give me a receipt because I booked through a third party...booking com. This company has poor business practices! I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the Comfort Inn!
It was close to the airport and very clean.
We only stayed there about 8 hours and I can’t say that there was anything we disliked about the property.
The facilities were enjoyable and were as promised. We will be back.
A family member was to be picked up a the airport. There were no instructions as to proceed to "red" or "blue" areas for pick up. After a cold and long wait, and a phone calls to the front desk, she finally made it to the correct place. Please consider this as a recommendation for other travelers.
We enjoyed the sitting area of our room. We had a lot of time to kill. It was a nice space to relax, watch TV and chat. In other hotels, I have had to sit in the bed.
We had to pay $10 for parking. It was just a parking lot - nothing special - and it snowed.
This hotel looked and felt like a much more expensive hotel.
The combination of cleanliness, comfort, location (to the airport) and cost made this a great value.
I wouldn’t change anything.
The man working at night check in was SO nice. We booked last minute on Booking and because it was past midnight Booking hadn’t sent over our reservation. After a long day and a messed up flight we were all exhausted. He went the extra mile to retrieve the info from Booking and plug it in himself. Our room was so clean, and breakfast was hot. We will try to find a Comfort Suites in any location we travel now!
I do wish they’d offer strawberries and whipped cream for their pancakes during breakfast. Especially because their waffles are so iconic.
Also, the shuttle bus driver to the airport was horrible. He only stops at one place, and there’s no signage to tell you where he stops. So if it’s late and you’re tired and you don’t see your hotel on his shuttle while he’s passing you, you’re out of luck. We missed him probably 3 times waiting. Luckily another hotel shuttle bus driver took pity on us and took us to our hotel.
My flight was canceled and I had to book a hotel room. I chose Comfort Suites for price and ratings. It exceeded my expectations. Staff were excellent, from shuttle bus driver to front staff. Hotel is clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend it for an overnight stay.
nothing bad to say
Cleanliness could be a lot better.
Rooms were very clean. Appreciated the staff switching our 1 king 1 fold out ($114) to a 2 queens for the same price. Online the 2 queens was a lot more expensive.
Online the hotels numbers were switched, so the building closest to the airports number was the phone number to building on the other side of town.
