Pros:

静岡グルメが食べられる朝食が期待以上でした。ビュッフェ形式で、全体の種類自体がすごく多いわけではないものの、静岡の地域の様々なグルメが占める割合が多く、楽しめましたし、それぞれとてもおいしかったです。
また、スタッフの方々も、テキパキと迅速な対応や、事前のチェックイン対応なども柔軟に対応していただき、非常にスムーズでした。急がゲリラ豪雨にも傘の貸し出しなども対応いただき、とても親切でした。
建物自体の古さやエレベーター2つのうち1つしか朝食会場まで行かないなど多少不便さを感じる部分もありますが、部屋も広く使いやすかったので、また利用したいです。

朝食ビュッフェの種類が豊富で味も良く、満足度が高い。
もう少しどういったメニューがあるか分かりやすいとより嬉しい

Cons:

テレビが古く、ストリーミングサービスに対応していなかったのが少し残念だが、観光利用で考えるとそこまで大きな問題でも無い

コスパ最高の老舗のホテル
Pros:

朝食会場のスタッフが多く居て、きめ細やかなサービスをしていた。又、食事の種類も多く　地元の食材もたくさん出てた。部屋の広さもちょうど良く、備品等も含めとても使いやすかった。全体的に見て素晴らしい接客でした。
立地も申し分無い。あと、地下に入っている四川飯店は地元の人も太鼓判を押す名店です。

Cons:

建物が古く、外の光が入りにくいせいか 廊下も含めて暗いのが残念でした。
リノベーションすれば素晴らしいものに生まれ変わると思います。
