コスパ最高の老舗のホテル
Pros:

朝食会場のスタッフが多く居て、きめ細やかなサービスをしていた。又、食事の種類も多く　地元の食材もたくさん出てた。部屋の広さもちょうど良く、備品等も含めとても使いやすかった。全体的に見て素晴らしい接客でした。
立地も申し分無い。あと、地下に入っている四川飯店は地元の人も太鼓判を押す名店です。

Cons:

建物が古く、外の光が入りにくいせいか 廊下も含めて暗いのが残念でした。
リノベーションすれば素晴らしいものに生まれ変わると思います。

寝具とユニットバスまわりの設備が上質だった。冷蔵庫が強めで冷えてよかった。朝食にいろいろ名物が並んでお得感があった。また牛乳が新鮮でうまかった。

Close to everything and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Close to the train station and right in the thick of the town. The room was large and for a great price. We were offered complimentary tea and mochi or two days for spring. Lots to do and see close by.

中島屋グランドホテルは伝統のある静岡屈指のホテルだから、安心感にお得感がプラスされて快適でした。朝食のその場で作ってくれるオムレツはことのほか絶品です。

スタッフが感じ良かったです。
レンジを使う時、丁寧に教えてくれました。

Cons:

早めに着いて手続きをして、外出したのですが、鍵をもらう際、アメニティやお茶の紹介が無く、帰るまで気がつかなかったことが残念です。お茶のサービスが無いホテルと思っていました。静岡なのに…　　残念😞です。
