Pros:

部屋が広くて綺麗。スタッフさんは皆さん親切丁寧で、次に利用する時も是非居て欲しい。

強いて言うなら、トイレのトイレットペーパーの位置。

リーズナブルで、快適。

スタッフの方の応対が丁寧。駅から近い。ベッドの硬さがちょうど良い。

Cons:

併設の大浴場がもっと遅くまでやっていればなお良かった。
2階が良かった。

まずまずではあった
Pros:

利便性が良かったがツインとシングルはツインの方が狭い部屋だったことにちょっとガッカリでした。

Cons:

ツインがシングル並みの狭さと結構初めに入る時に髪の毛とかがあって自分で掃除したこと‼️

Pros:

Access to a public hot spring in a train station. Staff members were also nice. The room was nice and clean too

Cons:

How to get to the hot spring could be a bit tricky, not the distance, but the process itself. The restaurant has a very small selection of food (either ramen noodle or BBQ).

Great place for steak and wine
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and the room comfortable. The restaurant next to the room was comfortable and the onsen at the station lovely. The winery is only a 10 min walk from the hotel.

Good hotel with friendly staff and a bike rental station close by
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They provided helpful advice and pointed me to the bike rental station located inside Takahata station. There is a direct connection from the train station, to the hotel and to the bike rental station, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The communication was a bit difficult since the staff did not speak English. We managed using translation apps. It is convenient that the station and hotel are both co-located. However, both are still fairly far away from Takahata town centre. I would suggest to promote or advertise the bike rental station a bit more, since this solves the transportation issue

Pros:

Hotel staff are friendly. Offer help to carry my luggage to 2nd floor.
Overall good :)

Cons:

Building without lift.
Will be slightly inconvenient when you have huge and heavy luggage.
