Pros:

Super cool indoor playground, my baby loved it. Nice free baby supplies and a free snack bar with icecream🫶

Cons:

We booked the accommodation last minute and only the smallest rooms were available. My husband and I had a bit of a hard time fitting in on that small bed of about 140cm. Plus, we only got one big blanket.
It's terrible that sometimes we had to wait for an hour to get into the restaurant for breakfast, this is unacceptable in a hotel that focuses on small children…

Great value for families
Pros:

The kids play area was wonderful and the hotel is close to the train station. This was my second time staying here and it will continue to be my go-to hotel when I visit Sendai.

Cons:

The rooms are business hotel sized, but comfortable. The ample amenities more than make up for this.
