Pros:

フロントの男性の対応が素敵でした。
予約後にメールで問い合わせた時も丁寧な返信を頂き、安心して旅行することができました。
チェックアウト時にタクシーをお願いしたのですが、名前を覚えていて下さり感動しました！
ホテルも静かで居心地がよく、ベッドは固めのスプリングで体も痛くならずぐっすり眠れました。

Cons:

駅から少し遠く感じました。
その分ホテルは静かなので、ゆっくり出来るし目の前にコンビニがあるので何か買い忘れても安心です。

Pros:

The staff wax the friendliest of all the hotels we have stayed in Japan.. We had two twin rooms. The rooms were large with wide beds and lots of storage space. Everything was clean and tidy. The interior was as if time had frozen in 1980s. It took a moment to get used to. The amazing thing was that all the electronics still worked. It was an interesting stay - especially for the kids born this century. I would not mind staying there again if I ever visited Sendai again.

Cons:

If somebody happens to talk behind your door it sounds as if they were talking next to your bed. However, it is Japan, and silence is respected. So, eventually it only happened once I got spooked. Also, there is a bit funny/old smell on the corridors, but the rooms are totally fine.

広い部屋で安く一見高級な感じだったけど、あちこちがちょっと惜しい感じ
Pros:

部屋が広い、クローゼットがついている

Cons:

部屋の匂いが気になった、禁煙だったと思うが古ーいタバコの匂いなのか、匂いが気になった
隅々が掃除されている感じではなかった。
お風呂のタイルにカビがついていた。
朝食のスープが冷たいわけでも暖かいわけでもなく残念だった。

員工超親切，又很專業。非常好。
Pros:

住宿離仙台站有一點距離，但是周遭生活機能便利。飯店員工非常親切並提供很多建議，大力推薦。

Gut gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel inmitten der Stadt
Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal mit relativ guten Englischkenntnissen. Das gewählte große Zimmer mit zwei Betten war für japanische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Die Innenstadt von Sendai ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

仙台に行く時はまた使いたいです。
Pros:

思ったより広い。キレイ。タイルばりのユニットが趣きある。何よりスタッフさんの対応が丁度いい感じで心地よい。

Nice, clean, small room, with good location.
Pros:

Location was nice, a convenience store right across the street, buss stops close and a 20 min walk to the Sendai train station. The staff was very nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

We booked during the golden week and i think it was for that reason the price was a bit steep for such a room.
