Incomodidades Innecesarias
Pros:

La ubicacion era muy buena cerca del metro donde pasan todas las lineas y en minutos te dejan en el centro historico
la habitacion era bastante amplia y bien iluminada.
El desayuno era bastante completo y en un lugar muy agradable y personal muy amable

Cons:

Elegi este hotel entre otras cosas porque decia tener nevera y en realidad tienen una caja boba con iluminacion.
como viajo con medicamentos que requieren cadena de frio le indique al conserje que enfriaba deficitariamente el cual vino a ajustar el equipo. Tambien les deje los frigopacks que traia para poner en el freezer.
A la mañana siguiente al despertar comprobe que toda la medicacion estaba a temperatura ambiente . Corri al front desk a avisar de la novedad y pedir por mis frigopacks para enfriar con ellos mi medicina y entonces comprobe que los habian puesto en una heladera comun y no en un freezer como los solicite (en castellano y en Ingles) !!!
No tengo manera de saber cuanto se inactivo mi medicina pero si pude notar que necesite de dosis crecientes para obtener los resultados esperados
Esa mañana cambiaron la nevera de la habitacion pero tampoco lograba un frio adecuado por lo que tuve que reforzar con los frigopacks que ahora si pusieron en un freezer.
Booking deberia especificar que se entiende por nevera, frigobar , etc ( Ej temperatura)
Otro tema molesto es que solo entregaban una sola tarjeta para apertura de puerta y manejo del ascensor por cuarto , por lo que si mi pareja queria subir a la habitacion mientras yo me quedaba en el lobby o desayunado luego no tenia manera de subir

Nice atmosphere! Friendly people on the front desk, Victor was very nice and gave nice suggestions about places and he suggested a place to have dinner, which was by far the best dinner I had in Portugal...
My room feels, cozy and nice. Pillows and bed are comfortable. The shower is amazing, strong water flow. The ac works really well, my room keeps cool and nice. After my walk around town, makes a huge difference.
I might have to add a part 2, review, lol!

Pros:

Que tenía smart TV, la ducha estaba muy bien y el servicio de limpieza genial todo muy limpio

No está insonorizado, la ventana no tenía persiana y el estor que tenía estaba medio roto y entraba luz desde primera hora de la mañana, lo que hacía que no pudieras alargar el descanso
