Epique, rebondissant, bien quand même !
Pros:

Bravo au personnel qui a su gérer mon séjour. Aimable, à l'écoute et avec des solutions.
Plainte concernant une chambre bruyante ( Travaux dans la rue, beaucoup...) , on nous a changé de chambre qui était bien mieux! ( Malgré le métro qui passe à côté). La literie est top ! Le petit déjeuner est à prendre!

Cons:

Changement de chambre.
Changement d'hotel suite à un souci technique (odeur de fioul). Nous avons été emmené dans un autre ABC.
Geste commercial respectable en retour.
CONCLUSION ==> gardez votre personnel à l'accueil , ils sont pro!

Un hotel muy acogedor y su personal maravilloso
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la parada de metro casa da música. Y los chicos de recepción Ricardo y Joane eran encantadores y nos atendieron genial. Volvería a repetir. Pocas veces te hacen sentir como en casa y por eso pienso que volvería a quedarme en el mismo alojamiento porque su personal es maravilloso.
