Pros:

Видимо отель раньше строился как отель премиум-класса, отделка под роскошь, но сейчас чувствуется, что он не новый, например старый ковролин и двери в номер, где отвалились небольшие куски. С другой стороны, хорошее качество материалов и строительства.
По соотношению цена-качество это хороший вариант, на мой взгляд.

Cons:

Немного подтекала душевая кабина. В описании отеля указано 300м до станции метро hedingqiao, но это не так, до этой станции около 2 километров, а ближайшая станция называется по-другому.
Пожелание отелю поправить описание и добавить скриншот со схемой как пройти от метро
