Pros:

The roof top pool was awesome! The spacious room was amazing. Breakfast was super good.

Cons:

We tried to eat at Rainy street but things dont open til later at night. I know this isnt the hotels issue but not a lot to eat around the area.

Pros:

The location is great for downtown and it was a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible and could not be eaten. The eggs were rubber, the sausage cold and the potatoes under cooked. YUCK! Plus parking is outrageous.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, bom chuveiro e cama confortável. A localização para quem quer ficar próximo a Rainey é excelente. Café daanha quebra galho.

Cons:

A limpeza deveria ocorrer dia sim dia não, o que não é informado na página. E ainda assim não ocorreu todos os dias. Falta padrão na limpeza também, alguma dias limpavam a cozinha outros não. As fotos são digitais, não representando com exatidão.

Mix up with Booking :(
Pros:

Room size. Free breakfast. Clean.

Cons:

The mix up with Booking.com and Homewood. Booking.com changed my date of arrival with out NOTIFYING and with Prior approval from the property upon arrival Reservations was not honored though Booking.com received payment for room. I wait over 2 hours to have room situated WHICH I had to PAY an Additional Room night +taxes AND now will like a Reimbursement from Booking.com for the difference I paid the Homewood Property.

Homewood was exceptional at giving me a great rate as I am a Hilton member as well.

Homewood - Olivia was efficient and professional with this matter.

I talked with 4 different Booking.com agents to correct this error and 2 hours later I had to additional pay for a PAID room 🤨😳

Very good. Nice location (other than the freeway) near downtown, restaurants, music etc.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast

Cons:

The hotel is right beside the I35 freeway and even though we were on the 15th floor you could still hear the traffic noise. They give you ear plugs with your room.

Gostei da localização, porém o hotel poderia informar que há uma passagem para pedestre atrás do hotel que dá acesso a rua de trás e ao Banger's e corta caminho para ir para o centro. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, com sabonete, shampoo, condicionador e hidratante bons disponíveis. O café da manhã é bom, com algumas opções que acredito atender a todos. Gostei de ter água e café disponível no hall de entrada. O pessoal que encontrei na recepção foi cordial e sempre disposto a ajudar.

Cons:

Não gostei de apenas ter a opção de comer waffle no café da manhã durante a semana e não ter no final de semana, isso poderia ser avisado aos hóspedes no check-in. A recepção fica sem atendente e às vezes tem que esperar alguém aparecer e perdemos tempo. Senti falta de ter touca de banho disponível no quarto.
