Pros:

Der sehr warmherzige und liebevolle Empfang. Wir durften problemlos in ein Zimmer wechseln dass dem Wellnessbereich näher war als im Haupthaus. Ausserdem gab es am Nachmittag kleine Küchlein und eine Vesperplatte. Nach einer langen Anreise perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sind großartig! Das Frühstück war wunderbar mit so vielem hausgemachten ein wirklicher Gaumenschmaus. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit in Ihrem Haus :)

Leckeres Essen und tolles Ambiente läd zum entspannen ein

- die Zimmer sind sehr gut gepflegt
-der Wellnessbereich ist ruhig, aufgeräumt und läd zum entspannen ein
-das Abendessen im Hirschen ist unvergleichlich lecker
-es ist aufgeräumt
-das Personal ist sehr freundlich
Alles in allem eine schöne angenehme Atmosphäre

Cons:

- um das Soledampfbad mit Sole zu benutzen zahlt man Aufpreis, um den Wellnessbereich im Haupthaus zu verwenden zahlt man extra und muss es vorher anmelden sonst top

Aufenthalt lohnt sich! Super Hotel!
Pros:

War wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Behandlung war wirklich super! Die Lage war gut und es gab Hoteleigene Parkplätze. Außerdem gab es nachmittags kostenlos Kaffee und Kuchen.

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer, sowie die Beleuchtung am Kosmetikspiegel haben nicht funktioniert. Außerdem wurden wir über Terminverschiebungen der Massage nicht im Vorfeld informiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir noch rechtzeitig eingecheckt haben.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, auch auf Besonderheiten (Gluten Unverträglichkeit) wurde Rücksicht genommen. Bequeme Betten, schöner Spa Bereich (sowohl im Gartenhaus als auch im Haupthaus)

Cons:

Aus dem Angebot ging nicht genau hervor in welchem Haus man sein Zimmer hat, und dass die beiden Häuser (Stammhaus und Gartenhaus) etwas auseinander liegen. Zwar 2 Minuten fußläufig und nur über die Straße, aber mit einer kleinen Steigung/Gefälle was bei winterlichen Bedingungen für z.B. gehbehinderte zu wissen wäre.

Pros:

The rooms and the beds are always very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice dinner in their restaurant, and as for the breakfast, well if you can find a better or more complete one, let me know :). The sauna and wellness are always a very welcome moment of rest after a journey (and for none polar bears like us: in summer there's the open air pool as well!). We already booked our next two stays, that says it all I think ;)

Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen. Service und Essen top. Wir sind glutenunverträglich und es wurde darauf Rücksicht genommen. Wellnessbereich super und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen definitiv im Frühjahr wieder.
