the place is a low budget hotel, close to everything. it is an old building, however the bed is confortable and the window can be opened so there is no bad smells. good place to stay 1 night

Lo accesible, a lo que necesitaba viajé por cita médica,pues vivimos en el interior. Frecuentemente lo hacemos por situación de salud ,pues quisimos experimentar un alojamiento diferente.

Realmente la atención de las recepcionistas muy parda, me parece que la atención al cliente debe ser muy amena. Una cálida bienvenida ,una respuesta cordial hace ameno el lugar, La primera carta de presentación es quien te recibe en un local. Aparte no hacen el descuento de tercera edad porque la reserva era por Booking y que eran quienes debían hacer el descuento. Pues otras reservas que hemos hecho si se ha dado el descuento.al cuál tenemos derecho. El baño también tenía por reparar,el sanitario botaba agua ,igual el lavamanos.

Pros:

The bed is very comfortable and big (the double one), the room is big, there is a cupboard with mirror and nightstands, there is a clothes rack where you can hang/dry your clothes, there are hangers, they provide a cooler vase if you need to cool some food. The room has a simple style, and not the newest furniture (but I consider back time they made things more durable and useful), and for sure, one gets all the basic necessities met and some more. The toiletries are simple but enough, and the towels are white. They clean the rooms every day. The AC is very good, the noise outside is little, although the area is pretty vivid by night. There is also a safe guarded parking place if you need one. Staff is friendly and they do their best to help. The hotel is very close to one metro station, and a medium walking distance from the bus that takes you to Casco Viejo, one of the best old city centre's that I've seen. :) <3 I'll certainly be back one day! There are only 2 metro stations till the Allbrook mall, airport and national bus terminal.
