מלון נחמד , הייתי חוזר ומאמין שיידעו לשפר את מה שרשמתי

אהבתי את הגודל המרווח של החדר

הגענו בבוקר ואמרו לנו שאין חדרים ואחרי דקה אמרו לנו יש חדר בקומה 2 שהיה צמוד לחדר כביסה
לא הצלחנו לפתוח את הדלת ובסוף התברר שהחדר היה בשימוש
ירדנו מאוד כעוסים אחרי טיסה ארוכה ואמרו לנו להמתין
רק בשעה 13:30 קיבלנו חדר בקומה 11 שענה על הציפיות
לצערי לא נגמר שמה
רצינו כריות חזקות ולא רגילות עקב בעיות בעמוד השדרה ולצערי לא סופקו כריות העונות לדרישות מה כן גם האנגלית של פקידות הקבלה מאוד לוקה בחסר מה שאמור להיות מלון בינלאומי לא יכול להרשות לעצמו שפקידי קבלה לא יידעו את השפה בה משתמשים בכל העולם

Очень уставший номер. Мы забронировали номер в отеле на брачную ночь и подготовку к свадьбе. Номер был очень пошарпанный, персонал отеля даже не поздравил. Завтраки не вкусные, нет мяса. В представительском люксе мы в ночь перед свадьбой не могли заснуть из-за стонов и громкой музыки из соседнего номера. Очень воняет сигаретами. Единственное, что сделали - убрали номер по просьбе.
Вообщем настоятельно не рекомендую.
Все в отеле поцарапанное и требует капитального ремонта. Окна грязные.
