the space and amenities to do laundry.

Saba is juicy.
Warabi mochi for breakfast? Why not!

Cons:

Breakfast didn't rotate for the 3 days, shumai wasn't good.
A lot of dust / lint settles on everything after housekeeping changes the sheets. I mean everything. The hangers, the kettle, etc.
