大満足
Pros:

レストランで夕飯と朝食を頂きましたが、夕食は茨城を感じられる食材を堪能でき、朝食も細やかな気配りのある朝食を頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
部屋も充分な広さと、お風呂が広いお風呂でゆっくり浸かれました。
一泊でしたが、とても満足です。

朝食が美味しい、駐車場がホテルに連結、ホテル内にセブンイレブン・レストラン（宿泊者10％off）あり、お風呂が広い、バスタオルふわもこ、バリアフリー、喫煙ルームだったが、においゼロ。

ツイン部屋にトリプルベッドは窮屈、you tubeあれば尚良し

良かったけど⋯
Pros:

清潔でコンビニも併設され便利。

Cons:

扉の取っ手からビスのような物が出ておりケガをしそうになった。
スタッフに不備は無いが、余りにも事務的過ぎ。
親切さや親しみは感じない。
アメニティが少ない。
テレビの位置が人によって使い勝手が変わると思う。

スタッフみなさんの対応が、とても良かったです。

Cons:

219号室に泊まらせてもらいましたが、
ポットが汚く感じたのはまだしも、
お風呂場に長い髪の毛が落ちていたのはがっかりでした

スタッフみなさんの対応が良かっただけに残念でした。

一階にあるセブンイレブンが素泊まりにはとても良かった。

枕以外は快適。
Pros:

建物が新しい感じでよかった。
朝食が美味しかったし、スタッフの皆様丁寧で対応が良かった。麺入りのけんちん汁とか納豆とか、地域のものがいただける。オムレツなど焼いてくださるのも美味しい。
シャワーヘッドがRefaなの、よかった。
防犯的な面では、ドアスコープのとこ、カバーつけてくれてる気遣いがすてき。こういう対応の丁寧さがいい。

Cons:

枕が二つあったけど、どちらもおじさん臭くて無理だった。寝る時は遠くに置かせていただきました。
枕カバーは洗われてますか？枕自体が臭くなってるかもしれません。枕があった場所もシーツが薄ら臭かったから。
それだけが残念でした。あとは大丈夫。

高級感のあるホテルで得した気分
Pros:

価格以上のクオリティーのホテル。ビジネスホテル、シティーホテル以上の雰囲気、格を感じさせるホテル。一階のレストラン、客室など、すべての点において空間に余裕があり、高級ホテルの雰囲気がある。客室の浴室は、トイレと別になっていて、日本風に洗い場と浴槽が別になっているので、非常に使いやすい。お湯を張って、入浴剤を入れて、ゆっくりできる。客室のスリッパやアメニティなど、細かなところも品質の高いものが選んである。

Cons:

部屋は清潔で居心地が良いが、ちょっと残念だったのはエレベータのボタン。どのボタンも隅に黒い汚れがたまっていて不潔感がある。コロナ以来、多くの人が触るボタンには心理的に敏感になっている人が多いので、接客施設としてはこれは良くない。おそらく、これはホテルというより、エレベータのメンテナンス会社の問題。押しボタンの内外では微妙な気圧差が生まれるので、掃除しないとボタンの周囲が黒ずんでしまう。
