立地も良かった為、大変満足です
Pros:

コンビニ　セブンがとなりにあって便利でした。
駐車場が700円と良心的で助かりました。
チェックアウトが11時でゆったり過ごせました♪。

リピート利用はしたく無い。同等の料金でもっと快適に過ごせる宿泊施設は他にたくさんあると思う。
Pros:

唯一の良かった点は、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブン）が併設されているところ。24時間営業なのでとても便利だった。

Cons:

チェックイン前に駐車場のついて電話したところ、ロケーションについては、詳細な案内があって良かった。しかし料金については、フロントでの受付時にはじめて有料である事を提示された。フロントチェックイン時の女性スタッフの対応は、機械的かつ事務的で冷たい印象。大きな荷物を持った客に寄り添うサービスも無かった。宿泊客の駐車料金が高い。
立地が良い事で、黙っていても利用客が多い事為スタッフはアグラをかいた接客をしているように感じる。館内は男性客が多く、直感的に女性には居心地が悪い印象。
お部屋は狭くて、デスクに鏡もなくメイクや身支度時にとても不便。部屋が狭すぎるうえにベット横のデスクに大きな椅子があり、奥まで行くのにかなり苦労する。その点を改善しないのは利用客の立場を全く考えていないと言える。部屋のレイアウトが悪いので本当に利用しずらかった。（電気ポット、コーヒーセット、マグカップなど、非常に使い勝手が悪い）

初めての水戸、ゆっくり滞在満喫しました‼️
Pros:

綺麗でお風呂場が広く、清潔感がありよかった。駐車場から直にホテルに入れることも雨にあたらずよかったし、駐車場代も安く、出し入れ自由なのも良い。
