Had an amazing stay at Harris Sentraland Semarang! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Loved the modern design and amenities, from the fitness center to the cozy lobby. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely come back!! 💕

The overall is not nice; bathroom smells bad, the pillow was not clean, towels did not absorb well. Furthermore, we are not allowed to park on the GF and must use the 5th or 6th Floor which quite a challenge due to sharp turns and narrow spaces. This may not be suitable for individuals with larger vehicles.
During my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with the staff, who were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. They were also responsive to my needs and always wore a smile. Additionally, the laundry service was reasonably priced and provided excellent results, with clean and fresh-smelling clothes.

Breakfast was not well supplied or presented. I arrived in the cafe at 7:15a.m. but whole bowls of fruit were empty, not restocked. Other dishes empty or almost empty. Several staff standing around but did not restock or clear tables

Overall, as 4 star hotel, the services are quite good, the way staff served the guest, foods, restaurant, gym, etc.
The hotel location is exactly located at the city centre which is easy to commute to the shopping area, tourist attractions, and many more.
Cleanliess was just not as expected... There are many wall, door, floor, ceiling/plafond, carpet, are NOT well maintained. A lot of starch, dirty, even broken. These all might not seems as a good value for money to pay off.
The hotel management shall look into this seriously
Good location, food is everyewhere around the area, big room, strong sun light, strong water pressure, and bolsters!
My alergies comes up the very first night, that means a lot of dust in that room.
Also the AC seems not working well, although we followed the instruction to close the curtains :) even at night still feels hot.
The room is not soundproofed, there’s a festival at the stadion next to the hotel and we cannot sleep until it’s over. Tried to changed the room but the reception said the hotel is already fully booked.
Two nights, and my sleep quality couldn’t be worst since a lot of sounds were hear from our room 🥹
The location is close to the city center and very strategic, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, not noisy, suitable for business trips, the breakfast is complete and delicious, the staff is friendly, around the location it is also easy to find a place to eat
Going to Semarang as the capital of Central Java for a business trip, finally stay again at Harris Hotel Sentraland Semarang. The Hotel condition remain the same as I came 5 years ago. All the hotel condition very well maintained. As already well known all the staff of Harris Sentraland Semarang always wearing a smile on the face as part of their uniform. For sure this Hotel will always the choice on every trip to Semarang. Thank you Harris Sentraland Semarang.

The parking space is horible, we have to go up 10 climbs to arrive at hotel parking. The space is very small to go up. Terrible parking lots
