All around great property surrounded by nature with excellent facilities if traveling with kids. The restaurant is open all day offering local dishes which are all freshly cooked, so expect a little wait but it is worth it. The only remark is incorrect information in the description regarding distance from El Rosario Monarch Butterflies sanctuary.. it says 14 minutes.. it is actually 55 minutes with Google maps.

The hotel is outdated, including the beds and bedding. Property was very quiet, off season too. Lovely property for sure. A very humbled down "small town" and can expect nothing fancy in the area when it comes to hotels. If you just need a bed to sleep for the night as your passing through this place will do. I would not recommend for a long stay. Staff was helpful. The TV remote did not work. There is no AC or heaters in the rooms.

Pleasant, garden-like surroundings. Quiet and peaceful. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast, though a bit pricey. Helpful staff.

Room 101, does not have block out blinds. So continuous stream of light cones through from outside.

BUEN HOTEL PARA HOSPEDARTE SOBRE TODO SI VIAJAS CON NIÑOS, YA QUE LAS AREAS PARA ELLOS ESTAN BONITAS Y BIEN CUIDADAS, LA ALBERCA MUY BIEN, TIENEN RESTAURANTE Y OFRECEN BUENA VARIEDAD DE ALMUERZOS Y COMIDAS, MUY BUENA OPCION SI VAS A LA MARIPOSA MONARCA.

Me parece un hotel que por su precio cumple con los servicios que ofrece.

Está muy bien para viajar con niños xq tiene muchas áreas con juegos para ellos

Tiene bonitas instalaciones, pero no hay buen servicio, llegue y los empelados no sonrerian o eran amables, me atendieron, me dieron cuarto y solo los veia cuando.necesitaba algo. Me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto dos veces por que uno estaba sucio y otro no servia la tele, el tercero tenia tapado el.lavado y retrete y hasta dia que salimos asi continuo. Pedi una plancha y esta muy vieja.
Las instalaciones si estan bonitas, la alberca y los juegos

Overall very good.
1. Breakfast was good with a range of options. Didn't do dinner there, but it looked good.
2. Wifi: Good enough for video calls and zoom meetings. It wasn't super busy when we stayed. Cell service was very good too (cell tower is visible nearby).
3. Villas - cute little houses with a kitchen, living room, and multiple bedrooms.
4. Cold - went in February. Villas are not heated, so it got a bit cold and the blankets were a bit thin. Shower ran out of hot water very fast. We read other reviews to brought an electric blanked, but but the hotel probably would have had something if we asked.
5. Staff - super friendly, and helpful.
6. Property - Very pretty, pools were clean, and lots of places for kids and adults.

buenas habitaciones, con area libre amplias, alberca pequeña, restaurante comida rica. no cuenta conventilador o aire acondicionado. granhotel serca del santiario de las mariposas monarcas

Lamentablemente no pude llegar al Hotel, ya que la distancia que hay de Tlalpujahua, Mich. al Hotel no es la que viene en la pagina, es casi el doble de distancia, por lo que tuve que buscar algo mas cerca.

La verdad lo que ofrecen nada que ver , los cuartos nada agradables y de cualquier cosa aumentan los precios y si cobran los huéspedes extras pero solo le ponen 2 toallas siendo que éramos 4 por cuarto

no cuentan con calentadores de agua eficientes, uno se tiene que bañar con agua fria

Es un hotel muy còmodo, la comida del restaurante es muy rica, precio adecuado y muy buen sazòn.
El WIFI no funciona bien en las habitaciones.
Muy agradable para ir en familia.
Personal muy amable y cordial.
