Had a great time
Pros:

I liked everything. I slept well, ate well and had a great time. The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. I got great local recommendations. The bus to the beach was always on time. Liked the beach.

Maten var väl avvägd så alla kan välja om man vill köra grönt eller med protein.

I had a friend's guest in the room for an hour during the day, the receptionist told me I had to pay him 30€ to enter the room and when I refused and threatened to make a comment about it on the app, he backed down from the bad treatment and did not ask for money

Cons:

Helt greit lite hotell,men kunne ha tømt søppel på rommet hver dag. Hengte man ikke ut grønt skilt vasker de ikke eller skifter på seng eller bytter håndklær.
Og det er også litt dumt at man må kjøpe alt på hotellet.
Det er skilt i resepsjonen :
AT det ikke lov å ta med mat og drikke fra utsiden.
Synes rett og slett det er urimelig.
Betalte 250 lire for 2 små vann,en liten cola zero boks og en liten boks ice tea. ( og dagen etter for det samme 253 lire, skjønte ikke den)
Skulle man gjort dette hverdag eller flere ganger om dagen hadde det fort blitt dyrt. ( man drikker ganske mye i varmen)
Så lenge det er kjøleskap på rommet må det kunne gå ann å få fyllt opp dette med vann og brus,ved å handle i butikkene f.eks A-101 eller Șok.
Og så til frokost: Den var bra den,men kun kaffe og te som drikke, kunne ha vært vann,jucie og melk også.
Men betjeningen var kjempe hyggelig og koselig bassengområde.
Blir nok ikke noe opphold igjen på Belissima.
Det Var ikke noe for meg.

Do not book here. You have been warned.
Pros:

No check in staff at desk. Rang bell multiple times then after 10 minutes some one attended. No shower gel or shampoo. Rooms not cleaned. Bed not comfortable. No black out curtains. Breakfast terrible. Hardly any food. Staff just hanging around. Restaurant at night half the menu not available. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Superb experience !!!
Pros:

The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. The pool area was peaceful with plenty of sun loungers. The staff and owner were helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The chef was amazing. (He needs a pay rise 😂) Creating tasty food for different nationalities must be difficult.
The air con worked well.
I would recommend this hotel and book again if we return to Side.

Best hotel experience
Pros:

The best customer service I have ever had in a hotel before. The pool area was very nice, good music and good service when ordering drinks and food.
