I’m very impressed with hotel service.
Pros:

I like the foreign female staff member who can speak English. She is very good, and she responds to all of my requests. This is excellent.

Cons:

The location is very good. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is new and clean.

ごく普通の滞在でした。
Pros:

従業員の方々はきちんとされていました。

Cons:

施設は新しくはありませんが、よく手入れされていると思いました。
風呂の壁がタイルなのは驚きました。洗面ボウルが小さくて使いにくかったです。
朝食が良いとの評判で期待したのですが、まぁ、あんなものでしょう。もちろん美味しかったのですが、もう少しだけボリュームがあればよかったです。

広さも丁度良く静かで落ち着いたお部屋で、好きな映像を大画面で見たり、大きな窓からの景色を眺めたりと、ゆっくり過ごせて良かったです！
Pros:

壁をスクリーンにして好きな映像が見れるお部屋があるのは楽しめます。
ベッドのサイズが丁度良かったです。
あと。アメニティが素敵でした！

Cons:

今回、パートナーのお祝いに使わせてもらったのですが、入室早々、電化製品を複数使ったらブレーカーが落ちて真っ暗になってしまい、彼が壁に映して楽しんでいた映像も消え、スタッフさんをお呼びして直してもらったのですが、彼が「それなりのグレードの部屋なのにこんなの聞いた事ないよ！」と憤慨してしまい、そこがとっても残念でした。

ご飯とスタッフの方の対応の良さで、まずまずな宿泊
Pros:

部屋のテレビが映らなかったのですが、イヤな顔ひとつせず、部屋を変えていただけました。
朝ご飯は相変わらず美味しく、桜の花と朝の川面も綺麗で格段に美味しく感じました。
また利用させて頂いてます。

Cons:

何度か宿泊していますが、今回も残念な事に枕とクッションが臭くて、結構気になります。リネンウォーターなど使用されると良いと思います。

街に行くのにも便利でした。

4回目の宿泊だが、段々と悪くなっていく
Pros:

古いながらも頑張っている感があり、朝食も美味しい。

Cons:

ベッドメイクが今イチ、掛け布団カバーが弛んでおり、⁇と思ったら、枕が臭くて半端じゃなく不快感を感じた。
フロントの女性の対応がとても事務的と言うか、冷たい。

イベント会場までの往復をタクシー予約してもらったが面倒がらずにキチンと対応してもらった。朝食はバイキングではなく個別対応なので落ち着いて食べられた。

部屋がエレベーターと自販機の近くだったせいか夜中に話し声が気になった。

Pros:

静か。リバービューのお部屋をリクエストしたら対応してくれた。部屋内も清潔で良かった。化粧用の鏡も別に置いてあり助かりました。

Cons:

コンビニや食事場所が近くにない。施設内に中華はあるが高級すぎて手が出ない。気軽に食事できる場所があれば良かった。部屋内はベッドとサイドテーブルの間に、束になった配線がむき出しになっていた。老舗ホテルのようで多少の痛み具合は許容範囲内ですが、お得や特別感はそれほど感じなかった。
