Pros:

La proximité avec La Sagrada Familia, accessible à pieds. Le parking. La décoration.
Le personnel très aimable et souriant.

Cons:

Un détail, aucune information touristique papier sur la ville de Barcelone, ne serait ce qu’un plan. Aucune information sur l’hôtel non plus. A quel étage se trouve tel bar ou restaurant, il y a t il un room service et si oui que peut on commander etc,

Pleasant but luckily short stay
Pros:

Loction and staff at the reception were excellent, half of the Lobby area was nice but bar and high table next to it are desperate for some TLC....

Cons:

pool area dated and could do with upgrade.....sunbeds were filthy dirty, shower by the pool was missing knob so ....no shower at all ....not inviting at all

Tudo muito bom, quarto limpo, organizado, equipe muito solicita, sempre que vou a barcelona me hospedo no memso hotel, a localizacao é otima, a piscina na cobertura é linda.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na Sagradę (również z pokoju). Stylowy i klimatyczny wystrój, świetny basen na dachu, bardzo dobre śniadania. Polecem jako bazę na weekendowy city break w Barcelonie.

Nic nie budziło większych zastrzeżeń.

Pros:

Hotel is very nice, modern and new. Breakfast was excellent. Generally speaking it is a very nice comfortable hotel with excellent decor. Room was very large and spacious will all amenities

Cons:

There was a little confusion in regards to the room as i had booked for one of the rooms to have two separate beds but thankfully this was quickly rectified. I shouldn't have had to explain as it is what was requested at booking. Also, city taxes, i paid upon check in but was then told at check out that one person wasn't charged previously, even though we were 4 people on the booking, 4 people checked in with the same number of passports so not sure how it was not paid. Obviously i have no way of checking. Also the 100 EUR blocked on my card as security is also still not unblocked, so i am hoping that it will be soon

Понравилось местоположении и сама гостиница. Но персонал не мог ответить на элементарные вопросы.
Мы оплатили депозит 200€ которое должно было нам зачислиться на что персонал сказал что 2/3 дня будет зачислен на ваш счет, прошло несколько дней после чек аутуа мы вернулись в эту же гостиницу и спросили почему не поступили деньги на счет, на что другой персонал сказал что надо 5 дней, прошло больше недели мы не получили ответа где наши деньги, сказали напишите на почту вышлем квитанцию что выслали сумму на вш счет. Прошло больше 3 недель и деньги не поступили а ответа мы так и не получили где наши депозитные деньги. На почте релиссон тоже не отвечает катастрофическая коммуникация с клиентом

Comfortable stay, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect and it is near a metro line so you can travel to anywhere in the city from here. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, bars. cafes and fast food options. The hotel staff at the front desk, breakfast and the bar were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was good, nothing special but nothing bad at all. IWe would stay here again.

Cons:

The bar closes early, around 9.30pm and sometimes we're only getting back to the hotel around that time and wanted to have a drink but couldn't. No other real issues.
