Good Location-friendly staff
Pros:

The location is central in the city of Tirana. The staff is also very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Cleaning is done on a daily basis however not much attention is given on the quality of the cleaning.
Towels sometimes where also marked with stains. Amenities need to be renovated, tables with scratches, sofa with signs of cigarette burns.

Schönes, kleines, sehr preiswertes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte ein sehr geräumiges DZ als Einzelzimmer. Modernes Bad, gutes Frühstück mit toller Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse.

Super Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Tirana
Pros:

Es war mir ein Vergnügen in einem so angenehmen Hotel in zentraler Lage von Tirana übernachten zu dürfen. Insbesondere das Frühstück war hervorragend mit tollem Ausblick auf die Stadt vom Rooftop aus. Bereits im Vorfeld wurde ich sehr gut vom Hotel betreut. Die Organisation des Flughafentransfers klappte hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider war am Morgen der Aufzug ausgefallen. Glücklicherweise hat sich das Personal super schnell darum gekümmert, dass er wieder funktioniert. Vielen Dank dafür.

Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel the staff apologised and said the hotel was overbooked and they had arranged for me to stay at another hotel nearby. Then they drove me to the Tirana International Hotel, located on the main square and checked me in there. They were very helpful and the problem was solved very satisfactorily.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean. Great location for exploring the city. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but took a look at the outdoor seating, fab view!
