Pros:

We loved our stay in this hotel, it was recently refurbished and they have done a nice job with the decor, it has a very homely, relaxed atmosphere. The food is tasty and there's a nice variety, and also there is a microwave for heating food which I found great. The staff were the friendliest I've ever come across in any hotel I've stayed - they actually care - they made us feel like we were welcome guests in their own home. My partner had his birthday during our stay and they made him a cake - how thoughtful! The cleaners keep the place spotless. Although we stayed there before the summer season really kicked off, the couple of dance shows we saw in the hotel were really good, the dancers were pofessional and the animation team were very good at creating a great atmosphere.
To make this already great hotel even better, they could update some of the old gym equipment, however I guess this is probably not a priority for most guests. For those staying in this hotel at the start of the season when the outside temperature is in the low to mid twenties, keep in mind that the outdoor pool is not heated and the water will be freezing.
I would gladly stay in this hotel again, and would have no problem recommending it to anyone.
