I loved staying there. Perfect location. The staff is wonderful. It was also noise free, which surprised me since it is across the street from the train station. I will recommend it to others.😃

Una cosa che è indipendente dall'albergo : siccome è situato vicino alla stazione centrale dei treni che è malfrequentata ho avuto la malaccortezza di parcheggiare nelle vie limitrofe ed ho trovato il deflettore dell'auto rotta per tentativo di furto.

Soggiorno confortevole e rigenerante.
Pros:

Camera ampia. Staff professionale. Buffet della colazione molto ricco. Bagno comodo. Comodo il parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria.

Cons:

Il termoconvettore era un po' rumoroso ma, visto che la temperatura era comunque confortevole, è bastato spegnerlo.

Pros:

Hotel dotato di molti confort pur essendo Ferrara città piatta e comoda da girare a piedi in fronte passano gran parte autobus della città gentilezza e professionalità del persomale

Cons:

Valutando hotel molto bene mi ha deluso la colazione non ricchissima prendendo le bevande dalla macchina veramente pessimo se serviti molto meglio

Pros:

Das Hotel ist komfortabel! Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und bequem. Die Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, und die schnelle Verbindung zum Altstadt macht es perfekt.

Śniadanie spełniło moje oczekiwania .Bardzo dobra praca recepcji ,Pan starał się mówić po polsku ,pozostali w sposób komunikatywny posługiwali się angielskim zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji .Hotel jest położony wprost na przeciw stacji kolejowej i przystanków komunikacji miejskiej i międzymiastowej .Otoczenie hotelu może wydawać się problematyczne takie było moje wrażenie. Dworzec to zawsze jest problem ż ludźmi szukającym szczęścia inaczej z tym ,ze ciągle jest monitorowany przez policję co zapewnia realne bezpieczeństwo. Droga do centrum starego miasta spacerem nie więcej niż 25 minut ,można skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej (bilet 2,5 euro należy mieć drobne i można kupić bilet w autobusie w automacie )Miasto wspaniałe można porównać je do Sandomierza .Wspaniala wystawa Andy Warhola ,która polecam (do końca października).Kieliszek prosecco przy barze w najstarszej vinotece al brindisi ,to miejsce odwiedzał Mikołaj Kopernik .Autobus turystyczny poza miesiącami wakacyjnymi i funkcjonuje jedynie w soboty i niedziele .Polecam zwiedzaniemiasta spokojnym spacerem bez planu i tu się to sprawdzi bo wszędzie jest pięknie .

Cons:

Przez pierwsze dwa dni obsługa hotelu nie dostarczyła kawy i herbaty (dostarczyła je na trzeci dzień ).
