Pros:

Great location close to Hakata Station. Staff were welcoming and helpful

Pros:

The location is good which is near the JR station. The room is clean as well.

Cons:

The attitude of staff is not meet my expectations, we ask for 2 bottles of water on check out day and the staff refused to offer, I never happened this cases according to my experience.

Pros:

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Japan. The staff are very friendly and polite. They even helped us book a few dinner reservations for local restaurants. The rooms are a great value. They are spacious and comfortable. The location is great. Close to Hakata Station, but on a smaller street so there isn't as much noise like there is on the busier large streets.

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age, but it's still a nice hotel to stay in.
