A smooth, pleasant stay - convenient location and useful amenities for travellers.
Pros:

Location is convenient - next to Hakata station. Airport bus drop off is close by. Shinkansen also leaves from Hakata station. Coin laundry and microwave available in the hotel. Welcoming and efficient staff. Free coffee!

Cons:

The pillow was a little hard but very little to complain about as I found the stay quite pleasant.

Pros:

Extremely good location very close to Hakata station. Easy for outwards travel and the usual paid tour meeting point is a five minutes walk away.

Cons:

Bed too firm. Amenities very basic, no gym no pool. While staff were very nice and tried their best to be helpful they do not have a formal concierge service to answer specific travel related questions.
