Pros:

Amazing location right in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Friendly and obliging staff. Very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great but served its purpose. The rooms are starting to look a little dated.

Cons:

Die Wände sind extrem dünn. Wenn die Nachbarn unterhalten dann braucht man keinen Fernsehen anmachen. Das Restaurant ist teuer und das Essen ohne Geschmack .

Colazione ottima e preparata sul momento

Posizione altrettanto ottima e con una terrazza all'ultimo piano dove rilassarsi a fine giornata

Camera pulita e personale cordiale ed efficente. (nella notte si è verificata una perdita dal soffitto del corridoio che in un paio di ore è stata prontamente risolta dallo staff dell'albergo, servizio eccellente)

Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff good. Room very small, lift kept breaking down, alarm on lift only heard on that floor. Emergency phone not working on lift. Rooms need a good make over

Lovely location, wouldn't staff in this hotel again.
Pros:

Most staff were friendly, the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean.
The location and view from the balcony was great.

Cons:

Some staff didn't even acknowledge us, breakfast not suitable for vegans.
The room was really small and the bathroom had mould on the ceiling and leaked from the apartment above which was reported to staff.

Exceptional breakfast, service, and I really appreciated how clean the hotel is.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable and we would prefer a single large bed, not two beds joined.

Relaxing hotel.laid back but efficient and attentive small hotel . Trying to geta taxi in the area was very difficult
