Aparthotel Seth Isla Paraiso

Our apartment was overlooking the pool and the bar. As a consequence it was very noisy during the day when we were there. Fortunately apart from not being there most of the day and the fact that the bar closed at 6 and the pool opened at 9:00am and closed at 7:00pm it was otherwise very quiet. Well located for local restaurants especially Mirador and Beach Club plus a local shop opposite for daily requisites was a big plus

Schöne Appartment-Anlage, grosse Wohneinheiten, mit grosszügigigem Balkon. Frühstück in Buffet-Form, ganz ok.
Für mich das erste mal: ein Türsticker, wenn das Zimmer an diesem Tag nicht gemacht werden soll, super Idee. Sauber und Personal total freundlich.

Good place to stay

I've recently returned from a 10night stay with my family. Pools and location to the beach were great. Aside from that, I don't have much good to report.

- Accommodation was poor. Basic 2 bed apartment was insanely small. Balcony was too small to be practical. Self catering element was impossibly small. As you get out the shower you're backing into the toilet. Walls are paper thin. Second bedroom more like a cupboard. Beds incredibly uncomfortable. The apartment was extremely dated & really needs work, to the point where it was impractical. Bathroom tap was impossibly stiff. Shower curtain pole fell on my son whilst he was in it. Front door card failed on 3 different occassions & we were left on the doorstep in the burning sun whilst waiting for a handyman.
- The buffet was great for breakfast, good variety of hot and continental options. However it was pretty poor at dinner. The meat & fish were fatty, chewy & poor quality. Very limited options for children. One of the biggest issues for me was that there were flies all over the food at all times. And my biggest complaint being that you don't even get a glass of water with your dinner despite paying for half board. Water costs extra which I've never come across in any hotel buffet. Everyone we spoke to quite rightly had issue with this.
- Don't expect to get a sunbed or umbrella after 8am - there are simply not enough to go around.
- Entertainment is low quality for peak prices.

This is a 2-3 star hotel with good pools.

Séjour agréable, accès facile à la plage, points de vue magnifiques, les deux piscines sont agréables.
La partie de l’hôtel dans laquelle nous étions mériterait une rénovation.

El trato de todo el personal excelente, desde Recepción, camarer@s, cocina. Todos fenomenal.
La limpieza algo escasa.

Bella struttura, personale competente gentile e simpatico, ottima ristorazione e a due passi da una spettacolare spiaggia.

La estancia ha sido regular, pagamos mucho dinero por 6 días en los cuales cogimos media pensión. A pesar de que hemos estado prácticamente todos los días de playas, la habitación estaba regular, nos dieron una en la trastienda del hotel, bajando muchas escaleras, la terraza estaba sucia, el baño, horrible, olía a humedad y nos quejamos de que había resto de basura en la terraza como botellas de agua vacía, y se ha tirado allí toda la semana que estuvimos. Nos ha desaparecido ropa de niño y fuimos a recepción y nos dijeron q no sabían nada... Los camareros del comedor muy simpáticos y amables y, la comida, poca variedad y no había plancha, nada hecho al momento. Animación, nefasto. Las chicas que había, parecía que la habían sacado del público 6 decirle que animarán, no sabían inglés y todo el rato haciendo el ridículo y con el móvil delante de los clientes. Mi valoración es de un 5 bajo... No repetiremos.

Hemos estado poquito pero muy comodos, el apartamento tiene de todo.

Beautiful position for a relaxing stay, employees always kind and willing to help, food was ok but too many flies in the buffet area (actually flying on the food) and dishes not always clean. Excluding this: all good 🤗

The apartment was basic but okay for us. The pools were lovely and it was in a great location with a fairly easy walk to the beach, which was stunning.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we arrived we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Spacious apartment with everything needed. We did ask for a quiet location but were right above the pool so it was always noisy. It would be even worse during the school holidays. The pool and surrounding area was always kept very clean. We had until 12 noon to check out which was a bonus. We didn't have any meals there so can't comment on them. The cleaning service was good except that when we went out we always shut & locked the balcony door but following the clean the maids left the balcony door not only unlocked but open as well. Not very safe. Lovely beach a few minutes walk away but there are many steps to reach it. Not suitable for the old or disabled. All things considered we had a very good time & would recommend.

Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner and the hotel location was great for the beach. Hotel staff all very helpful and cheerful.
