Le personnel est super gentil et très serviable. J'étais en béquille et ils m'ont permis de me stationner niveau employé. Il y avait un ascenseur et ma chambre était tout près de l'ascenseur; j'ai compris qu'ils l'avaient choisis en conséquence; très apprécié. Quelqu'un m'a servi le petit déjeuner et m'a aidé avec les objets/valises à transporter; charmant. Merci pour les petits soins.
La chambre n'avait pas de bouilloire ni cafetière, ni aucun petit extra qui fait que l'on se sent bien ou bienvenue. Il y avait seulement une bouteille d'eau à vendre. Les panneaux de la douche sont à changer: ils se déplacent difficilement et tombent facilement. Le "lounge" n'est pas du tout accueillant: fluorescent bleuté froid, télé en permanence sur le foot, presque rien à lire et aucune mais aucune ambiance. On a pas le goût de s'y déposer. Il reste la chambre.

Приятный отель в центре города в 5 минутах от набережной. Очень внимательный персонал, чистота и уборка каждый день. Останавливаемся не первый раз, в стоимость входит отличный сытный завтрак, вкусный кофе. Нам было комфортно и приятно, спасибо! Есть парковка на минус первом этаже для гостей отеля, что очень удобно.
Была небольшая заминка при заселении, девушки на ресепшен помогли нам разобраться в проблеме и все быстро починили! Спасибо им!
Белые занавески в номере на окне помнят еще Салазара, в плачевном состоянии, может стоит их уже заменить ?)
