Pros:

駅に近く、タクシーも駅の乗り場を利用できたこと。コンビニも近い。

Cons:

良くない、という事ではありませんが、ルームキーが少し開けづらく感じました（古いタイプ？）。

Cons:

浴室の洗面台の下から水が漏れてきました。
すぐに駆けつけて配管を応急処置してくれました。
応急処置をしてくれるのは嬉しいですが修繕することを
予め知ってた上で宿泊させたことに疑問を感じます。

秋の行楽シーズンは富士山周辺は混む。
Pros:

駅からそう遠くはなかった。清潔に準備されていた。
