都内にしてはリーズナブル。内容は普通です。
Pros:

特段良かったところはなく、まぁ普通のホテルいったところです。強いていうならコンビニが近い所です。受付の方は中国籍(?)の年配の方でしたが説明は日本語で丁寧にしてくださいました。

Cons:

4階に宿泊したんですがエレベーターはないので登るのが少し大変でした。荷物専用のエレベーターはあります。

La dureté des futons, surtout pour le dos de mon père, et forcément ils font le ménage dans les chambres autour et l'isolation phonique n'est pas top

Conectividad estuvo super, teníamos la estación de ikebukuro cerca y nos permitía ir a varias zonas turísticas.
Posee cocina, implementos y refrigerador a disponibilidad.
Está la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje antes y después de check in/out

Cons:

Limpieza en dormitorio no es tan prolijo, hubieron junquillos que tenían pelusas de polvo, por lo que hace bastante no pasaban paño o plumeros.
Mencionan servicio de lavandería, sin embargo, las lavadoras no están en tan buen estado, y qué decir de las secadoras. Dejan un límite de volumen de ropa, por lo que tuvimos que usar 2, y aún así, la ropa salió húmeda. Volvimos a poner ambas por segunda vez, y la ropa siguió estando mojada. Por lo que si quieres lavar, recomiendo buscar un lugar fuera.
Entiendo que se busca generar tranquilidad a los huéspedes, pero las duchas del primer piso tenían un horario de cuando se podían usar… siendo que uno busca salir temprano para conocer , la ducha salía que podía usarse luego de las 7 am, hasta 11 am aproximadamente y luego de 15 hrs hasta las 01 am…. Dado a aquello, teníamos que ir a ducharnos al segundo piso que no tenían horarios. (Cocina puede usarse hasta las 12 de la noche pero no me fue problema y es entendible).
No es algo que me desagradará, pero considerar que para entrar debes sacarte los zapatos, y ellos tienen disponibilidad otros para que estés al interior.
