Good value for money
Pros:

It's good. Location wise it's a short walk from the JR ikebukuro station via an underpass. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are quite a few restaurants nearby which are pretty good.

Cons:

Don't have much complaints at the price I paid. Honestly pretty good.

Pros:

Très bien placé, à deux pas de la station Ikebukuro, très pratique pour découvrir Tokyo. Coin fumeur très appréciable 😁. Logement pratique, chaleureux. Je recommande !

Cons:

Lumière blanche un peu forte dans les chambres et futons légèrement durs.
