How close the property is to main cities/areas
Was not worth what we paid. The rooms are outdated, you can hear everything through the walls, nothing like the pictures posted online.
Loved the waffle maker. Great location. Nice patio.

Everything was good except for noisy guest in adjoining room. Kids making alot of noise and had to complain to front desk.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lobby was extremely inviting.Breakfast was good, however, would have liked the breakfast items to be a bit hotter.
Pretty upset that we had to make do with a King Size bed with 4 people that was scheduled to be in the room. Went down the next day and they said they could move us only to not be moved bc it was too late when we returned from a ball tournament.
Being located by the airport, I figured this hotel would naturally be used more compared to other locations, but that still should not affect the degree of cleanliness each guest experiences. I know hotels never fully clean anything in between guests, but the room I had blatantly reiterated this fact. From hair in multiple places inside and outside of the shower, to the darkly stained shower floor that I know could be remedied with some Comet and a lot of eblow-grease to foreign hairs in the bed sheets and sticky, red residue on the night stand in between the beds, I knew without a doubt the room had not been cleaned. My partner and I pushed the mattresses forward looking for a personal item we lost only to find other's dropped belongings behind the bed. More evidence of just how little cleaning is done in between each stay. Then the mattresses of both beds were visibly sunken in the middle and the air conditioner half worked the entire time, which led to me doing more waking up and sweating last night than actually sleeping comfortably. Perhaps the only good thing was that the front desk attendant was pleasant at check-in. Outside of that, this stay was a complete disappointment for me, and I now know to avoid this place at all costs next time.
Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was wonderful. Kitchenette was very convenient. Would have been great for a longer stay to save money on eating out.
The mattresses were not very good quality. For how much a night it is to stay they should be better.
I'm very disappointed and pissed off regarding the staff at this hotel.
I reserved two rooms from September 6-7. One room for me and my grandson, the other was for my son, his wife and my granddaughter. My son informed me today that he had to call the desk 3 times until 4 am to complain about loud screaming, music , vulgar language and other inappropriate behavior which could be heard with my 7 yr old IN THE ROOM!
My son was in room 311 and the disgusting behavior was taking place in room 309.
I paid over $300 for this reservation and now they have a return visit there for a NON-REFUNDABLE room and believe me when I say this is the last hotel they want to spend another night. I believe Hilton should do something to compensate for the aborhent behavior they had to go through. I would appreciate a direct contact phone call to discuss my complaint.
Great stay
Our room was clean and spacious. We were able to bring our small dog which was important to us. We enjoyed the breakfast that was offered every morning. We will definitely return.
This property is very centric and new- with very comfortable rooms and facilities it is the place to stay. Adrian, at the front desk was spectacular, he was friendly.
