You booked a hotel that you might not even be able to stay in.
Cons:

This is an extremely dishonest hotel. I booked a room and paid the full fee in advance; however, upon my arrival, I was informed that the specific room type I had reserved was no longer available, and I was asked to pay an additional fee to stay in a different room category. Since I had already paid the room rate, shouldn't you have held that reservation for me? Even if the specific room type was truly unavailable, shouldn't you have offered me a complimentary upgrade?

Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was very nice, but had roaches. Alot of prostitutes and/or pimps on the property but they didn't really bother anyone. I would stay here again if there was no where else I could go with my dogs.

Management very unprofessional rude all employees are rude specially the new lady that just started doesn't know how to talk to peop one employee named Sofia was very polite and helpful I noticed everyone likes her she handles her job well manager doesn't do anything but dut in office looking at camera's and drinks on the job

Overall this place is horrible manager doesn't know how to run a motel at all
