Wunderschönes Hotel mit nachhaltigem Konzept und sehr gutem Essen.
Pros:

Großartiges Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gut schallisoliert. Wir sind früher ins Bett, da wir am nächsten Morgen früh zum Flughafen mussten und haben unsere Nachbarn noch gehört.

Good first stop in Tokyo,
Pros:

Short walk to the Skyliner-Ueno train station and walkable to the park. Our deluxe room was spacious and a good deal.

Cons:

Okay for one or two nights. Might get a little boring for longer stays.

Amazing stay at Nohga Ueno, I’d recommend to anyone travelling to Tokyo.

Modern and upscale japanese charm
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful modern style. Convenient location near the Ueno train station. Comfortable beds and pillows. In general, the place feels very upscale. We loved our stay and the Ueno area and would happily return.

Cons:

There is nothing really to complain about, but a couple of things to keep in mind are that the room size is on the small side, which is probably common for Japan. Also, the hotel offers breakfast, but the price is a bit high, probably because it includes a buffet. It would be nice if they offered a more affordable option for a quick continental breakfast.
