Great Stay
Pros:

Loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We included the breakfast during our stay and it was a perfect way to start each day. The 2nd floor lounge and balcony were a perfect place to relax. Our room included everything we needed and was very comfortable. Loved the location in Ueno and was conveniently located to the train station. Would highly recommend.

Great modern hotel, location
Pros:

A very modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Great location, close to the Ueno transit station for access to most places and also a bustling fun nightlife area. Tasty breakfast, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at!
Pros:

The service and restaurant at the hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect as well - just next to the Ginza line and the Ueno station. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Special mention of the salmon dish I had as my first meal in Tokyo - the best, simply THE BEST!

Conventiently located, modern hotel
Pros:

The location is good (close to Ueno station and eateries in the neighbourhood). the bathroom was good and the shower was strong. Japanese breakfast was great.

Cons:

The temperature of the aircondition could not be adjusted. Even if we put higher temperature it was still freezing cold. TV had only very few Japanese channels.
