- Wir kamen aus einem anderen Hotel mit Zimmer in der 16. Etage. Das Panorama des Panorama bezieht sich auf die Fassade der Nachbargebäude.
- Verstopfte Abläufe
- im Flur Hinweise auf einen Wasserunterbruch wegen Wasserschaden, deren Arbeiten schon Tage zurück lag.
- Eigenes Restaurant bei Ankunft am Abend geschlossen.
- nicht 3 Sterne wären abgemessener.

Comfortable stay with exceptional staff
Pros:

I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day.

A special thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and even helped with my friend's bicycle, which was much appreciated.

The hotel is modern, well maintained, and has a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Overall, a great option for a stay in Hamburg. I would happily come back and can definitely recommend it.
