Sehr schönes Hotel erfüllt alle Bedürfnise.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön sauber. Nettes Personal. Sehr schöne Aussicht aufgrund wir auch im 5. Stock waren.
Frühstück viel Auswahl. Der Kaffe war übrigens sehr lecker. Wasser uím Zimmer auch vorhanden. Betten sehr gemütlich,

Cons:

Der Fernsehen hatte keine Deutschprogramme und war leider kein Smart TV. Leider auch keine dusche vorhanden nur Badewanne.

Ok hotel, lep spa, sve u svemu vratiću se opet!
Pros:

Sve je bilo ok.

Cons:

Osoblje bi moglo da bude malo ljubaznije. Svaki zahtev su ispunili, nemam šta loše da kažem zaista ali je osoblje nekako nezainteresovano.

It was a good hotel and I could see us going back. But would like for them to change the mattresses.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. A nice selection but most food was cold. Especially on the day we left (Sunday). The beds, for us, were horrible. Plus, the sheets and duvet cover had some holes in them. The hotel was beautiful and it was located in a great area. Close to all things we needed to do. The staff was super friendly and always gave us 100%.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable for us and the bathroom needed better upkeep. Not the cleaning but clean up after maintenance repairs.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο στα Σκόπια.Σίγουρα θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε!

Τέλειο πρωινό!Μπουφές που είναι για όλα τα γουστά.

Cons:

Το μόνο παράπονο,επειδή είχαμε μπαλκόνι σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο,είχε μόνο μία καρέκλα!

Genel olarak iyiydi spa muhteşemdi temizlik vs çok iyiydi
Pros:

Çeşit fazlaydı fakat miktarı azdı bir ürün bitince yerine konmadı

Cons:

Kahvaltıda biten çeşidin ürünün yerine aynısının konmaması. Mesela pankek bitti ve birdaha pankek gelmedi
