Charm and comfort in this unusual city
Pros:

-Bedding is incredible
-The people were so nice, probably the best service I’ve gotten anywhere
-Best hotel gym I’ve ever had, the spa is also great
-The hotel actually has some charm, its 30 years old and you can feel it but in the good sense. Really nice to see some establishments like this instead of the commercial basic things
-No smoke smell anywhere within the property

Cons:

-Nothing really stood off, maybe the breakfast which was a bit bland but dont hold me to it, I always wake up late

BELLISSIMO!
Pros:

L'hotel è davvero molto carino,sembra quasi di entrare in un teatro ogni volta.
Il personale è davvero accogliente e la struttura ben organizzata con tutti i suoi servizi dalla colazione alla piscina.

Cons:

Solo la posizione è un pochino lontano dal centro a piedi ma basta prendere un taxi (o fartelo chiamare dalla reception) e in due minuti sei al centro

Cons:

Лобибара на който работеше бармана сутринта на 07.09.2026.отказа да ми направи турско кафе което ме озадачи.Предишния ден разбирасе ми направиха кафе но на 07. От месец Септември не ми направи.Бармана си говореше с негов приятел и си гледаха цяла сутрин телефоните .за съжаление това беше единствения проблем.но като цяло съм доволен от персонала и най вече от рецепция,голями професионалисти.

Pros:

Staff is very professional and kind. The hotel is very elegant, inside is amazing, the glass elevator are giving you an extraordinary experiente when going to the 5th floor.
Restaurant is very clean with accesible prices and very clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing.
Heated swimming pool and fitness room very nice and clean.
Rooms very clean and spacious. Linens sparkling white, bed very comfy.
Balcony with nice view of the city.
Tenis court.
Free parking.
This is now our favorite place to stop in Skopje.

Schönes Hotel lädt zum verweilen ein mit toller aussicht und schönen großen Balkon

Das Badezimmer sah schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus was wiederum für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ehr schwach ist.

Pros:

I arrived late and was offered a possibility to late check out. Perfect so i could use pool, gym and stay for lunch before i left for next stop. Everything was absolutely perfect. One of the best hotel i have visited. Very luxury to a reasonably price.
