Unique!!!
Pros:

The hotel is great. The staff is unique, always available! Great attitude towards us! They even gave us a bigger room as a compliment! The hotel also has parking spaces. We would definitely visit it again next time!

Excellent stay, perfect location and very friendly staff!
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location, surrounded by charming little streets full of cafés and cozy restaurants. It’s just a short walk to the metro and very close to Galata Tower and Taksim, which makes it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and having parking right in front was a big plus.

Cons:

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. During my 3-night stay, the selection felt quite similar each morning. However, this did not affect my overall experience, which was truly great. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros:

Personalul excelent, foarte aproape de piata Taksim si turnul Galata, supermarket la iesirea din hotel, au fost schimbate prosoapele in fiecare zi. Un raport calitate excelent, o sa mai revenim cu drag!

Cons:

Camera nu este foarte bine izolata, se mai aud zgomote de la vecini dar si de afara. Micul dejun nu este foarte diversificat dar ai ce sa mananci. Nu au o parcare proprie insa am rezolvat cu personalul la receptie deoarece au 2-3 locuri in fata hotelului “rezervate” de ei.

Pros:

Понравилось, что сделали раннее заселение без вопросов. Мы улетали поздно ночью и завтрак пропадал - нам его перенесли на день приезда. Очень лояльный и приветливый персонал.
Великолепно расположен отель - параллельно Истикляль, рядом метро, в пешей доступности Галатская башня.
И в то же время очень тихо и спокойно

It was fine, but according to the reviews my expectations were higher. Cleaning especially is disappointing
Pros:

Heating, it was rather warm in the room. Location is excellent. The fact that they changed the room upon the request.

Cons:

1) The rooms were not clean :( it looks like cleaning is done occasionally, there was some garbage left in the wardrobe apparently after previous guests, hair was everywhere.
2) when I asked about minibar as I had medicine with me that should’ve been kept in a cold place and sort of a fridge in the room was crucial for me, instead of simply checking the fact of the minibar’s absence in the room the guy at the reception started arguing with me and making fool of me.
