Wonderful experience with the kindest and most helpful staff!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and we are truly grateful for the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

A special thank you to Mutlu, Oktay, Pinar, and Muharrem. They are not only professional but also genuinely kind, respectful, and caring people. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, especially with parking, which made our stay much easier and stress free.

Their attention, kindness, and willingness to help at any time truly made a difference. It is rare to find such friendly and dedicated staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated.

Thank you for your incredible hospitality and for making our stay in Istanbul such a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

Really decent place to stay if you need a short stop over

Easy to find and easy to access, I was escorted to my room by member of staff,

The in-room fridge didn’t work - which is a bit of a problem when the temperature is about 32°c

Pros:

Everything was great with our stay. The staff were very polite and helpful to all our requests. They also provided us with a free of charge room upgrade and street parking for my car. The location of the hotel is perfect, with Galata tower and the main shopping street just a few minutes away
