It was fine, but according to the reviews my expectations were higher. Cleaning especially is disappointing
Pros:

Heating, it was rather warm in the room. Location is excellent. The fact that they changed the room upon the request.

Cons:

1) The rooms were not clean :( it looks like cleaning is done occasionally, there was some garbage left in the wardrobe apparently after previous guests, hair was everywhere.
2) when I asked about minibar as I had medicine with me that should’ve been kept in a cold place and sort of a fridge in the room was crucial for me, instead of simply checking the fact of the minibar’s absence in the room the guy at the reception started arguing with me and making fool of me.

Pros:

The location was amazing just minutes to the Galata tower area, the room is small but comfy, we will definitely come back if travel to Istanbul again!

Frühstück hat geschmeckt! Ekrem und seine Kollegen (reseption) waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Auf jeden Fall ist das hotel weiter zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ευγενικό προσωπικό. Καθαρό δωμάτιο . Οποτε έρχομαι Κωνσταντινούπολη στο Hotel Bristol διαμένω .

Pros:

Το μόνο καλό στην υπόθεση είναι η τοποθεσία του.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και σχετικά καθαρό. Για μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων δεν επαρκούσε. Το πρωινό είναι απογοητευτικό.
