Praktisch und ruhig – self‑check‑in funktioniert, aber Reparaturen nötig.
Pros:

Gute Lage, nah an Bahnhofs- und Busverbindungen sowie Supermärkten — praktisch für Reisende.

Check‑in ohne Rezeption: Schlüsselübergabe über eine Code‑Box funktionierte problemlos.

Zimmer und Ruhe: Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig (nicht zur Straße gelegen, wenig Verkehr), sodass ich gut schlafen konnte. Die Matratze ist mir persönlich zu weich.

Ausstattung: Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Bad hat das Nötigste — Föhn, Handseife und Duschgel —, jedoch schließt die Holztür zum Bad nicht vollständig und steht daher immer etwas offen. Das Gebäude wirkt etwas älter, ist insgesamt aber recht angenehm.

Cons:

Die Toilette ist defekt; nach dem Spülvorgang läuft weiterhin Wasser, obwohl der Tank voll ist.

Pros:

Patīkama uzturēšanās, jauks numuriņš, viss ļoti tīrs, ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta, ērti novietot mašīnu stāvvietā pie viesnīcas, atsaucīgs personāls, operatīva saziņa.

Cons:

Nebija iespējas izvēlēties numuriņu 2 cilvēkiem ar 2 gultām. Ne visi cilvēki, kas ceļo divatā, ir pāris, kas grib gulēt vienā gultā. Turklāt pieejama tikai viena sega. Diviem pieaugušajiem, kas nav pāris, šādi gulēt nav ērti.

Hind. Asukoht. Ümbruskond vaikne. Mugav sisse- ja välja registreerimine võtmekapiga. Hea kohviga kohvikud ca 5 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Toas oli ka veekeetja ning kohvi- ja teepakike. Külmkapp ja föön paistsid ka olevat. Ilus moonidega tapeet. Mõnus pehme voodi ja tekk. Lisatekk oli samuti riiulis. Tõenäoliselt valiksin selle majutuse edaspidigi, kui Cēsisesse satun.

Cons:

Kuna tuba oli I korrusel, oleks soovinud mitte läbipaistvaid aknakatteid. Koridoris või õues võiks olla automaat, kust saaks osta vett või snäkke, eriti kui hommikusööki hotell ei paku. Sissepääs on hoovi poolt, selleks tuleb suur ring teha (autoga sõitjatel on see-eest mugav parkida).

Staying for a night in hotel Katrīna we all felt at home.
Pros:

I appreciate chance to book the room for 5 people instead 4 initially. Hotel location was close to the center of Cēsis.
Home feeling was unlocking the doors with key not with plastic card or electronically by phone.

Cons:

In the hotel web page was not specified entrance address "Lielā Katrīnaa iela" instead of "Mazā Katrìnas iela". Reading the received message on my phone when we arrived in Cēsis I did not notice it neither in a hurry. We will find hotel location and entrance of the hotel Katrīna easer next time. :)

Overall, a good, no‑frills stay.
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful street. Simple and clean, with everything you need. Bright room.

Cons:

It’s true that the walls are quite thin. Our neighbours weren’t too loud, and hopefully we didn’t disturb them either. But if this is something that bothers you, consider other options.
