Pros:

This place is my favourite ever! Really 5* experience. Such a gorgeous place in a very beautiful Village. Bedrooms are so well set up. Every single space is so clean
Service is completly amazing, so helpful and such a hard workers. The spa is a privilege, worm, clean, private and beautiful. I only have good things to say about this place and is my second stay there. 100% recommended.

il soggiorno al pazzo di sober è stato uno dei migliori di tutto il viaggio. la struttura è bellissima, in un contesto bucolico di grande eleganza. personale e pulizia di alto livello. non abbiamo provato il servizio cena in quanto il menù appariva privo di personalità, in compenso la colazione era di gran qualità e le ragazze estremamente gentili. far colazione in veranda con la vista sui bellissimi giardini da una marcia in più alla giornata.

Pros:

Astonishingly beautiful renovated palace with stunningly kept gardens and fountains. Fruit trees and flowers abound. The rooms are tastefully furnished with antiques and are spacious and light filled. The restaurant is closed on Monday so it’s a challenge to get food as it’s a long drive from town. The breakfast buffet is excellent especially the seating area. I would return here just to stay here again!

Amazing scenery and hotel and staff
Pros:

Amazing experience, my only comment would be to make the spa available free to every guest, this would bring the feel of community to the hotel, which is the good thing about jacuzzi and sauna.

Es un Hotel precioso, el servicio es muy bueno y son muy amables, todo fue perfecto salvo la cama, se suponia que era una cama grande pero eran dos pequeñas juntas, no es algo que uno espera en un Hotel de esta categoria.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist einmalig in einem historischen Palast mit grossem Garten und Pool, welcher bei unserem heissen Wetter optimal für eine Erfrischung war. Die gesamte Anlage ist top, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Abendessen im Restaurant konnte allerdings nicht ganz mithalten. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!

En la reserva pone que las habitaciones delux tienen balcón, sin embargo, nuestra habitación tenía una ventana pequeña que apenas entraba la luz.
Al ser un edificio histórico es entendible, lo de las ventanas.
El peronal del desayudo excelente, muy amable, educados y serviciales en todo momento.

Pros:

Fantástica estancia y staff muy amable, aunque escaso. Habiendo final de Copa de Europa no había ni servicio de habitaciones ni una sala común en que sirviesen consumiciones, solo cabía cenar en servicio ordinario (ya no es el servicio a los clientes, es el dinero perdido por el hotel por ello). Pero en todo caso un sitio totalmente recomendable.

Perfecto para aislarse unos días.
Pros:

Está situado en una zona aislada, pero ideal para visitar las bodegas de la Ribeira Sacra. El edificio es muy curioso y la habitación era grande y cómoda. Buena piscina, si el tiempo permite usarla. Desayuno correcto y muy buena opción para cenar, con comida gallega, pero no muy tradicional.

Para ser una Junior suite era una habitación muy oscura. Y muchos pelos en el suelo del baño, lo siento pero eso por lo que cobran me parece imperdonable.
