Perfect nice and quiet, easy to get to beach and shops on doorstep, friendly staff, nice and clean, and separate bedroom pleasantly surprised me, would come again.
Good for a nice base.

Great apartments clean tidy air conditioning pool area all good small splash park which is great for smaller children bar is good friendly barman with good prices €3 euro a pint !! it’s basic but what more do you want for the price beds comfy shower could be improved as sometimes comes off the wall …. Would I stay here again ? Yes I would it’s nice and chilled atmosphere

Stayed here for 3 nights as a couple. We like somewhere chilled and quiet so this was perfect for us. The rooms are very clean, the staff are lovely and very welcoming, and its ideal location, within walking distance of the beach and bars.

Staff there 24 hrs aday very helpful (gilleromo) spelt that wrong ) william its a pleasure to meet you fantastic and funny man great with us all ... had a blast the ground floor apartments what we asked for as we had little kids and us getting older is what we got nice and clean all the staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for us the pool was great not too overcrowded and as for the cold beers there are very cold just what's needed on a hot day overall 5 stars out of 5 great family holiday carnt wait to go again 😀

Had a great time here , a lot more peaceful and relaxed than in the hustle and bustle of busy hotels. Lovely little complex and staff were amazing. Apartments basic but have everything you need. I would definitely recommend and we will be going back here now every year when we come.

Lovely place, front room had air conditioning, view was nice.. brilliant for wind down with or without kids I'll definitely be going back, staff behind the bar were fantastic even as busy as it got. Amin was brilliant staff member awsome fella

Great location, well equipped, spacious apartment. Friendly and efficient staff. Small pool suited mainly for children as is the pool area.

Apartmán was nice, clean. We had lovely time. Staff was hepfull. There are many shops, resturants ,bars. Gratulujem place to stay for a good price.

The apartment was what you pay for, it was clean and well equipped. We’re a family of 4 so our daughters were on the sofa’s which was fine and what we expected.
The appointment could do with some little touch up’s here and there, the pool area was clean, the pool is small but enough for children to play in and my youngest love the splash slide.
The bar / reception had some snacks and a good selection of ice creams. There’s a supermarket just across the road and its only a short walk to the beach.
The Wednesday evening market across the road was a pleasant surprise.
Our only complaint was the wall are very thin and our neighbours liked the nightlife so we were woken every night when they come home even though they weren’t being overly load.

Nice clean room few problems with ants but was sorted close to shops and beach Tanya the reception lady was excellent really helpful when our coach did not turn up went above and behond to help us get sorted thankyou Tanya your a top lady nice pool very peaceful would go back again 😀 xxxx

The location of the apartment is fantastic I can honestly say our apartment was very clean everything you needed. The lady at the reception was a gem Tania who helped with anything you needed or wanted.Thank you

We had a lovely stay. Our room 202 was clean on arrival. Everything worked as it should. I cooked breakfast and lunch most days just fine with the utensils available in the apartment. We were ground floor, which was absolutely perfect for us with our 2 young children. It meant they could go back and forth to the splash pad as we had loungers on our terrace that we had full view of them from, perfect for making full use of having beers in the fridge 😂.
Short walk away from the beach which was lovely and loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Big carrefour 5 min walk away which sells literally everything and pretty cheap as well in comparison to the spars. Can imagine the higher floors not to have such a good experience but our room was perfect position to enjoy the splash pad and pool and not have to leave the comfort of your apartment. If I could guarantee the same room I'd definitely come back.
We had no problems with anything really, Tania om reception was lovely. We asked for extra pillows and we got them, change of towels, changed straight away and near the end of our stay the kettle broke and she replaced it with a brand new one instantly.
The sofa beds are comfortable enough pushed them together every night and climbed in, as we put the kids in the bedroom as not to disturb them late at night when we sat outside.
All in all we wanted a quiet chilled break and we got just that.
Forgot to take photos on arrival, so these are from the end of our stay so obviously don't show the room cleaned and presented but you get the general idea.

This is a small complex,,, very quiet and in a great location for everything Sa Coma has to offer. The staff are very friendly and helpful,,,, the rooms are very good and up to a good standard. The whole complex is kept very clean and is a nice place to relax and unwind.

We actually had concerns based on the reviews. The apartment was simply furnished with the basics, but it was clean. The complex itself was very quiet. What we were missing was a little more green. The green areas were all burnt, which wasn't nice and the pool wasn't very big either. Now in the spring it was ok, but I don't know what it's like in the summer when it's very crowded. An absolute plus point was Tania from reception. She speaks great English, amazing.
She gave us a lot of information about how to get everywhere, where the bus stop is, and how paying with a card on the bus is cheaper. The tips she gave us for restaurants were great. She was absolutely helpful and always asked us if everything was OK or if we needed anything.

Excellent stay as always, room clean and good air con facilities. Also great self catering facilities. Fantastic staff and always ready to help. Had a very pleasant family stay for 6 days. At the start I was a little worried about all the negative reviews but all was very nice when we arrived. Pool was very clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would say 7/10 little small details were not up to date in rooms but at the same time you get what you pay for. And it was clean when we arrived and also got a bunch of fresh towels after 2 days stay. Would recommend for a family getaway especially it is close to everything in Sa Coma, 5 min walk to the beach, 15min walk to the zoo,aquaparks and more. 😊

First of all do not get fooled by the pool picture ( that nice big pool no longer exist) we found out when we arrived when ask where the pool is they said that they forgot to take the picture down.
Almost year later now the picture with big and nice pool still on so... don't book thinking you will have a massive pool is not the case.
Second we have stayed in an apartment were the toilet was worst then public one ( toilet was proper brown and disgusting).
Holes in the walls.
The balcony door won't slide at all first we thought it might be locked.
Fridge and microwave Rusted big time.
Only positive side is that the beech is nearby so all our holiday we have spended on beech.

Just got back the apartments are ok clean and well presented but basic has a little bit of rust around the cooker rings and some of the paint was coming from the wall in the living room nice pool area with lots of sunbeds staff were very helpful if and when I needed anything the location is great lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach which is beautiful no entertainment on site but you can use the hotels nearby if you want a night out excellent if you want a quiet peaceful holiday

Das Appartement-Hotel ist gut zentral gelegen und fußwegig ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am Strand.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt eine deutschsprachige Angestellte an der Information. Das Personal zur Zimmerreinigung ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer werden 2x wöchentlich gereinigt.
Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist für den Urlaub in Ordnung. Keine hohen Ansprüche stellen.
