Het hotel ligt buiten het dorpje Espot, waardoor je als je naar het dorp wilt elke keer of met de auto moet gaan of een behoorlijk stuk moet lopen (heuvel op en af).
Bedden zijn stokoud en van verschrikkelijke kwaliteit, ze piepen en bij elke beweging die je maakt schud heel het bed. Je kan hierdoor absoluut niet slapen.
Het ontbijt is karig en het brood is keihard en niet te eten.
Ook de sfeer bij binnenkomst van het hotel is niet gezellig.
Zou het absoluut afraden om hier te verblijven.

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias el colchón muy cómodo las instalaciones parecían recién reformadas por el pasillo porque olía como a madera el personal muy amable el buffet libre bastante bien y la ubicación perfecta. Si te toca la parte donde están las montañas tienes una vista. Increíble

Cons:

La única pega que pondría es que el aire acondicionado no funciona muy bien a pesar de ponerlo al mínimo, casi que no tira tuvimos que abrir la puerta del baño, porque se estaba más fresco en el baño que en la habitación y así pudimos dormir un poco mejor

La zona de piscina muy agradable.
La habitación, me dieron una muy amplia para mi sola.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado y fueron días de un calor intenso.
Por la noche, se oyen mucho las voces en el patio interior donde dan las ventanas

El personal de recepción es lo menos profesional que he visto en 20 años. Se ausentan del sitio de trabajo para ir a fumar, y la gente en recepción 20 minutos esperando para hacer el check in o el check out. Podría decir 4 cosas más, un desastre en mayúsculas. No tienen ningunas ganas de trabajar ni aportar valor.

Cons:

Les males maneres del cuiners dient que si no havíem avisat no sopàvem. Ens va fer fora amb un nen i cridant a la recepcionista va dir que no ens el donàvem. Havien 4 persones al menjador. Un hotel en ple més d'estiu sense aire acondicionat, al migdia l'habitació bullia de calor. El sostre ple d'insectes xafats i la neteja molt justeta. No hi tornarem més.

idéal pour une nuit d'étape

la situation, le calme les chambres spatieuse nous étions é pour une chambre de 6 couchages.
le prix en demie pension
le repas simple
le petit dej aussi

la literie !!! différence de niveau d'un lit à l'autre et le confort aussi

La tranquil•litat que hi ha a la zona aquesta època. La piscina. Personal molt amable i mitja pensió molt correcte.

Cons:

No té aire condicionat i les finestres no s’obren (s’ha de demanar la maneta a recepció per obrir-ne una) . A les habitacions només hi ha ventlació i si fa calor, no és suficient. .
