Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde direkt alles erklärt, was wir wissen wollten zur Umgebung usw. Wir bekamen zwei gratis ÖV-Tickets für unseren Aufenthalt, welche wir natürlich sehr gerne nutzten und wir eine schöne Geste fanden. Es gibt 8 gratis Parkplätze ca. 50m vom Hotel, welches hoteleigene Parkplätze sind. Wir hatten Glück und konnten uns so einen Parkplatz ergattern. Falls man nicht so Glück hat, gibt es noch Blaue Zone Parklätze rund ums Hotel, für die man allerdings bezahlen muss. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut, man hat ca. 10 min zu Fuss zum Piazza Grande. Das Frühstück und die Zimmer waren auch gut.

Cons:

Der Preis war etwas teuer, aber wir kamen auch für das Moon and Stars, da ist es überall teuer.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und Besitzer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten und eine gute Lage. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen und auch gerne weiterempfehlen.

Von der Lage des Hauses, über die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet. Das Gesamtpaket ist äusserst empfehlenswert.

Charmantes Hotel in Stadtnähe
Pros:

Ein charmantes Hotel mit viel Flair. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Eine grosse Auswahl und frische Produkte wie auch selbst gebackenem Cake und Birchermüesli. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die zentrale Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Familiaal, bijzonder charmant en betaalbaar hotelletje!
Pros:

De charme van dit hotel en het sympathieke personeel geven je meteen een warm thuisgevoel in een familiale sfeer. Elke gast krijgt aandacht en ondersteuning en de talrijke leuke elementen met betrekking tot de inrichting van dit hotel(letje) maken het verblijf bijzonder gezellig en comfortabel. Je bent op wandelafstand van het meer en het centrum en toch kent het hotel een rustige ligging. Openbaar vervoer zo goed als voor de deur.

Cons:

Geen idee! Ik heb eigenlijk niets aan- of op te merken aan dit hotel. Ook niet iets wat voor verbetering vatbaar zou kunnen zijn.
