Sehr schön gelegen un ruhig.

Cons:

Der Chef hat ein niedriges Stresslevel und kanzelt die Gäste gerne ab.
Aber vielleicht verstehen wir das nicht , weil er ein Deutscher ist 🤔

Pros:

Es war wunderschön. Der Zimmerservice exquisit. Ich war mit meinem Hund dort. Alle waren unglaublich lieb zu ihm. Sie lieben Hunde und geben sich extrem Mühe mit den Vierbeinern. Auch die Ruhe, die Luft und die Stimmung empfand ich als äusserst angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen 🤩👍

Wir haben es als Familie sehr genossen und den Rest möglichst ausgeblendet.
Pros:

Schöne Lobby, Räume, wo gegessen wird sowie Terrasse zum Verweilen. Kleiner Balkon mit schöner Sicht nach Engelberg.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit altem, schmuddelig aussehenden Teppich. Bergzimmer sehr dunkel.
Im Gegensatz zur à la Carte Möglichkeit zu Essen (was uns sehr geschmeckt hat), ist der Preis mit Halbpension von der Qualität her nicht gerechtfertigt und hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet, mit gekochten Eiern aus Deutschland und des Fleischangebotes, von billigsten Produkten, entsprachen für uns nicht dem erwarteten Niveau.
Der Chef, die Receptionistin und ein Kellner waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Anregung betreffend Halbpension wurde positiv vom Chef angenommen und uns darauf ein Kaffee offeriert. Das weitere weibliche Servicepersonal war sehr langsam, bis wir die Getränke bekamen, rund 10 Minuten. Leider fehlte auch nur ein Lächeln, so dass man den Eindruck hatte, dass ihr Job offenbar reine Pflichterfüllung ist und sie nicht wissen, was Gastfreundschaft ist.
