Amazing mountain views, serenity bliss
Pros:

The view was amazing!! Delicious breakfast, small kids play area my children didn’t want to leave, incredible wellness area (sauna and whirlpool). Amazing location, not far from Titlis station, train station and town.

Cons:

It was hot and no way to cool it down - no air con or fans. No hotel transfer that we found and walking up that hill with a large suitcase, stroller/pram and 2 tired hot children, while pregnant was a challenge.

En general, una muy buena estancia. El hotel es agradable, cómodo y todo estuvo correcto durante nuestra visita. Por lo demás, una experiencia muy positiva

Cons:

La única cosa a mejorar sería el desayuno, ya que nos pareció que tenía pocas opciones y poca variedad. Por otro lado cobrar el parkin teniendo ellos zona para ello me pareció algo innecesario.

Cons:

Wenn man einen Wein für 69.- beim Abendessen selber nachschenken muss.

Gute Lage - Blick übers Dorf und an den besonnten Gegenhang; etwas ausserhalb, aber in wenigen Minuten im Dorf (Kloster)

Unaufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück - keine Milch am Buffet, Brot nicht aufgefüllt, Kaffeemaschine mit Störungen, leerem Milchtank etc.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, allerdings hat es beim Frühstücksbuffet noch viel Luft nach oben.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Konnte mit dem Hund vom Hotel aus spazieren gehen.
Das Zimmer hatte, was man braucht und die Betten sind gut.

Cons:

Dass man beim Frühstück, wegen des Buffetts, den Hund nicht mit ins Restaurant nehmen kann, verstehe ich sehr gut.
Aber dass wir draussen im Durchgang selbst Tischen mussten (Tischset und Besteck), hat mich gestört. Auch abgeräumt wurde auf den Nebentischen während unseres Frühstücks nicht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bot das Minimum an, im Gegensatz zum tollen Nachtessen.

Views don't come much better than this but.........
Pros:

Incredible views, Lovely restaurant (the Fondue was very good), very friendly hotel and restaurant staff. Good parking and a fantastic location for Hiking/riding.

Cons:

Rooms don't match the rest of the hotel... pretty basic and, as is the case in a lot of hotels in Switzerland, no Aircon!
