Fabulous hotel and staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel and truly lovely staff. Bfast was a bit limited with no hot options. The walk back to the hotel at night is very icy and tricky to navigate tbh. But a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Its location at the top of the hill - made it difficult to get to unless arriving by car. Would have been nice to know in advance about the train shuttle they offer. If you are wanting to eat Putin town it’s not very convenient.

Great destination for a family holiday.
Pros:

We stayed here as a three generation family and had the most wonderful holiday. They staff were kind and welcoming and the rooms clean and comfortable with fabulous views s down the valley and across to snow capped peaks. Continental breakfast was plentiful and tasty with good coffee and fresh breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts cereals and fresh fruit salad daily. The ski shuttle bus was easy to arrange at a time to suit us. The non skiers enjoyed river walks, shops in town including well stocked coop and the nearby sports centre and its excellent cafe. The sports centre is 5mins walk from the hotel and you get a discount if you scan the QR code at the hotel for a ‘guest pass’. They have a big gym, ice rink, curling rink, huge climbing wall, tennis badminton and pickleball courts. Evening meals were very good with a good selection of wines. Special thanks to Matt for his wonderful friendly and professional table
service. All ages from 9-80 in our party enjoyed their stay - thank you to all the staff.

- Hellhörige Zimmer
- Je nach dem wie man auf dem Bett lag, spürte man die Federn der Matraze.
- Beim Frühstück musste man immer wieder nach etwas fragen, wie zB. keine Gipfeli mehr, keine Eier mehr, keine Milch mehr, Kaffeemaschine leer... Die Aufmerksamkeit war mehr beim Abräumen der Tische. Es wurde aber jeder Wunsch erfüllt, wenn man gefragt hat. Ohne Fragen blieb es leer.

Kurz, erholsam und aufregend!
Pros:

Es war alles in Ordnung. Auffallend war die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit von Herrn Lutz (Betriebsleiter). Schon beim Empfang erwies sich Herr Lutz als echter Gastgeber, bot uns seine Hilfe an, gab Auskunft über dies & das und war schon am Abend wieder im Restaurant anzutreffen ;-) Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen und reichlich, das Zimmer sauber, wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht ins Dorf. Die Lage war ideal, Nahe der Sprungschanze und die Loipen zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Einzig die "Direktbestrahlung" durch die grellen Spots beim Abendessen waren speziell... zumal wir uns ein kuscheliges, unauffälliges Eck für unseren Tisch gewünscht hätten... wir kommen jedoch gerne wieder ;-)
