A cama e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis e o chuveiro é ótimo também.

Posibles mejoras en la climatización y el ruido.
Pros:

La ubicación cercana a la playa, el tamaño de la habitación y de la cama.

Cons:

Que el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado, y nos comentaron que no se iba a poder arreglar durante nuestra estancia.

El ruido del tráfico también incomoda un poco, pero no en exceso con nuestros horarios.

Pros:

Instalaciones cómodas. Camas muy cómodas y grandes.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en todo el hotel. Antes de reservar llama mejor y pregúntalo. Dormimos con ventanas abiertas a la avenida principal con un horror de ruido y tráfico nocturno. Nos compensaron con el desayuno pero no es suficiente.

Beyond disappointed and disgusted by the experience.

This hotel was booked over a month in advance of the trip.
We were deeply disappointed that when we arrived, we were not told that the AC in the room was not working. When we came back from dinner and were getting ready for bed, we turned on the AC unit in the room. We were shocked to learn as the night we on that the AC unit did not work in the room.
It was extremely hot over night and no one could sleep. My toddler, myself and the senior were up all night because it was too hot to sleep.
In the morning, we let the front desk know and the only response we received was "email us". There was no, apology or moving of rooms options offered. So in our email we requested assistant with relocating to another hotel if the issue could not be resolved while we were out touring. No help was offered except a complementary breakfast and a refund of the nights not stayed. This email was sent so late to us that we could only find accommodations for our last night on our own.
The hotel acknowledge that the issue was in the entire hotel, not just our room which they were well aware of before we booked.
Instead of letting us know when we booked, they accepted the booking and said NOTHING.
I'm beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted by this whole situation.
Completely unacceptable.
