Air conditioner leaked and Hotel smelled of smoke, even though there were no smoking signs in the hotel.

Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina, anche se ci era stato detto che era aperta fino alle 18. Colazione scarsa. Camera “precaria” sopratutto per il rapporto qualità- prezzo.
The owner and the staff are really helpful and ready to offer help any time. From information to visit Kas to some hot water for instant noodles. They even upgrade my room with a balcony. Swimming pool, terrace breakfast, full set of breakfast for the first morning.
A/C is good, water is good.
There is a steep slope from Kalkan otogar to the hotel, idiot with big suitcase like me almost feel like rolling down the slope any time.
The light is dim in the room. Better have light for the balcony.
One thing I can never get used to is the towel-like blanket for bed. .

The price is a bit disjointed from the actual value of the accommodation. For some abstruse reason, Kalkan accomodation prices seem (imo) significantly higher than in neighboring Kas, without a corresponding range of quality.

The staff were unfriendly and sat in the lounge and dining area smoking, they sat at the best table in the dining area to smoke!
The breakfast was average , but the bread was stale every day.
An excellent location , with in walking distance from everything , a humongous pool to swim in , a friendly neighbours dog . Kalkan is overrun with British 'locals" /tourists . I thought I was in London !!!!!

Doesn't have luxury some hotels in Kalkan offer, however friendly and helpful staff. Made to feel welcome and nothing too much trouble. Very large swimming pool free air con and safe. The shower broke during the stay and was immediately fixed. Excellent location would stay again.
Would of liked room cleaned more often however we were informed the person who cleaned was off unwell. Clean towels and toiletries provided when requested
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area had plenty of sun beds.
The hotel was a bit tired and at the top of a hill. But generally it was a lovely stay.
This is a plain clean hotel with the friendliest staff you will ever meet!!! For the price and location, it was perfect!! The tea and borek were delicious!!!!
