Pros:

Location good. Close to the trams. Large and comfortable room. Day staff very helpful.

Cons:

The first night the room was very cold. Staff left the window open and only one radiator worked slightly. The night desk staff wasn't helpful. Claimed there was a thermostat which there wasn't. Next day staff took care of it. Radiators were turned on. The mattress wasn't great.

Comfortable hotel room with great staff

Good location for us not far from a U bahn station making travel to the airport and central train station easy

Very comfortable room with great staff. Although it is on a fairly busy road the room was quiet.

Good location for us U bahn station close by and plenty of places to eat and shop close by

Cons:

No facilities to make hot drinks in the room and lack of carpet in the room wasn’t to our liking

Comfortable stay, amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! A special thank you to a very special Natalia at the breakfast station. Also, the bartender (the gentleman in the band) was very personable and made our experience quite memorable. Beds were extremely comfortable!

Cons:

We appreciated the stay and when back in Munich, we would definitely stay there again. I only wished they had a different water (other than cucumber water) available at the front desk. Maybe orange or lemon…or even plain water would be nice.

Fantastic location and price-quality relationship
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff (Spanish lady at the reception was remarkable) and cute room overlooking the Theresuenwiese, on a clear day the Alps can be seen and the beautiful churches of Munich, included major visit locations.

Cons:

It is a personal choice not a critic, I prefer softer matresses but the room and everything was perfect, just a little had for my taste.

Das Matratzen waren super, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Pros:

Toll, die Bar war offen und es war sehr schön dort.

Cons:

Die Kaffee-Automat war kaputt, auch der aufgebrühte Kaffee war nicht gut. Eierspeisen kosten extra, das finde ich nicht gut.

Pros:

We wish our visit was longer! We arrived late one evening for a 1 night stay on our way to Amsterdam. As luck would have it google got us a little lost walking from the train station and I called the hotel. A very nice desk clerk offered to come out to rescue us, we weren't too far off. Heinrich was so friendly and kind.. my husband was getting a cold so when he asked if there was a kettle in the room, Heinrich provided us one with 2 mugs and on top of that he shared his dinner as there wasn't anything open close to the hotel! He wouldn't even accept the money we offered him. We spoke to the assistant manager when we checked out the next day (also a very nice young man) and he confirmed what a great person Heinrich is. Both a credit to a lovely Boutique hotel Krone and to the city of Munich. We would love to come back and stay for longer next time!

Cons:

Just that we couldn't stay longer!

Meget flot renoveret. Behagelig temperatur i værelset i oktober måned.
