Все прошло хорошо
Pros:

Очень удобная кровать - я выспалась, чисто в номере, хороший душ, соседей не слышно было, хороший и вежливый персонал, можно попить кофе бесплатно внизу, батареи в номере работали и было тепло. Отель находится в 12 минутах пешком от автовокзала, что очень удобно если едите всю ночь на автобусе с далека. Я оставила рюкзак в 9.00, попила кофе у них и пошла гулять по центру города который находится в 30 минутах пешком от отеля. В день отьезда я так же оставила у них рюкзак на хранение и вечером забрала, спасибо за это. Очень близко метро.

Cons:

Немного устаревшие номера. Немного был шум из окна, но ом мне совершенно не мешал, он был естественным, спать будете хорошо. Если идти пешком с центра в отель то можно пройти через мусульианский квартал, там немного жутко, но я ходила и вечером и все было хорошо.

All in all, a wonderful stay—we would definitely return!

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which contributed greatly to a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property.

The overall experience was very positive, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. If I were to suggest one small area for improvement, it would be to offer a slightly more varied breakfast selection. While the quality was good, a bit more diversity in options would make the experience even better.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, Frühstück leider zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Theresienwiese war toll, da wir Tickets für den Cirque du Soleil hatten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr teuer. Für diesen Preis hätten wir zumindest erwartet, daß Rühr- oder Spiegeleier inklusive sind.

I will return and recommend to stay
Pros:

Really nice room design and modern clean bathroom. Separate twin beds were provided as pre-ordered. Stuff very helpful and attentive. Luggage was stored before check-in and also on check-out day. Neighborhood pleasant, might be loud during Octoberfest, but in March no disturbances.

Cons:

Beds are a bit narrow but condidering that room is small, it is appropriate to the room size. Bathroom light switches were a bit confusing, but once figured out worked well. No fridge in the room, but staff can be stored in fridge if asked.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist super für einen Eventbesuch auf der Theresienwiese.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus, dafür bietet das Hotel vergünstigte Ticket (15€/Tag).
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!
Unser Zimmer lag ruhig am Ende des Gang im 3. OG, allerdings mit Aussicht in den Hinterhof mit Anlieferverkehr am Morgen.
Die Ausstattung des Bad war neu und modern, mit allem, was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Leider gab es am Kaffeeautomaten keinen einfachen Kaffee. Dieser befand sich in der Thermoskanne ein wenig versteckt neben dem Kaffeeautomaten. Ich hätte mir einen frisch gebrühten gewünscht. Der relativ kleine Frühstücksraum befindet sich im 1.UG.
Das ganze Hotel ist nicht rollstuhlgeeignet.

Ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Ein besonderes Plus ist die Parkplatzreservierung im Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke.

Everything, our stay was perfect, the room was pretty, super clean, fresh smelling and spacious!

There are plenty of restaurants and bars near the hotel as well, so we enjoyed our stay a lot! Highly reccomend!!
