細やかな配慮に感動するホテル
Pros:

好立地で低価格でした
預けた荷物をチェックイン時には客室まで届けて頂けたり、エレベーターの向きがティックイン、アウトで切り替わっていたりと、設備は古いのですが、細やかな配慮がありました
繁華街のど真ん中にあるホテルですが、私の泊まった奥の部屋はとても静かでゆっくりできました
Wi-Fiも割と使えて細かいところが行き届いてるように感じました

Cons:

私は平気でしたが、施設が全体的に古く、繁華街の中にあるため、部屋によっては落ち着かないかもしれません

あと一歩、改善を求む
Pros:

とても綺麗で寝心地も良かったです。近くに、コンビニもありドンキもありで良かったです。

Cons:

忘れ物をしてしてしまった自分が悪いですが、清掃係の言う事だけを信じないで頂きたい。
こちらは、何回も探した上で忘れ物がないか電話をして聞いているのにも関わらず、ネット上にはその忘れ物は上がっていないと言われ…
もう一度、探して欲しいと頼み後日、連絡下さいと言われ連絡したのに伝わっておらず、同じ回答でネット上には上がっていないと。
そうではなく、そこの部屋を掃除された担当者にもう一度聞いて欲しい、もしくはもう一度部屋を探して欲しいと頼んだのにその引継ぎすらできない。

ホテルの清掃員の大変さは十分理解しております。母親が清掃員でしたので。
その中で、忘れ物に関しては清掃員は要注意事項だと言うことも聞いてます。
とても残念です。すべて買い直しとなりました。

Pros:

igアリーナでのライブのために宿泊しました。igアリーナからは乗り換えなしですぐだったので、グッズ購入後、一旦ホテルで休憩できて便利でした。
名古屋駅や大須までのアクセスもよく、周りにコンビニとドンキもあって、新しくできた商業施設も近くて色んなところに観光に行くのにすごくいい立地でした。
フロントではチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらい、身軽に動けたのもよかったです。
口コミで周りの騒音とか色々あったけど、特に気になりませんでした。隣の部屋の音も聞こえなかったです。
何よりこのお値段で素泊まりなら十分です。

部屋は良かったのにな、、、、

チェックイン少し前に着いたのですが案内して頂けたこと
エレベーターでスタッフの方と会った時、気持ち良く、挨拶や対応をして頂けたこと

Cons:

ホテル自体の事ではありませんが、一晩中、外が騒がしくて寝れなかった事。日常の事なのか、W杯のせいなのか分かりませんが、耳栓を貰ってくれば良かったと後悔しました
